It has been an incredible journey with HLC Ankara for my first transplant and I recently had my second one done. They are very detailed, thorough, and extremely professional. The staff and team are exceptional. Mila and Ebru are absolute gems. The first hair transplant addressed the front hair line with the plan for the second to address the crown. Dr. Umut was exceptional. Please see photos (after first hair transplant to address front). I would highly recommend HLC Ankara!!!!!

After many months of researching hair transplant clinics, comparing medical approaches, reading reviews, analysing donor management philosophies, and exchanging emails with different clinics, I finally chose HLC. What convinced me was not marketing, but the medical approach. At HLC, the doctors themselves are deeply involved in the entire process, including extraction, design and implantation. For me, this was extremely important. I did not want a “factory-style” clinic where technicians do most of the work and the donor area is overharvested just to maximize graft numbers. The experience from arrival to surgery was very professional and well organized. Airport pickup, accommodation and logistics were smooth and stress-free. The suites are practical and comfortable, especially considering the clinic is literally next door. The food provided was also very healthy and thoughtfully prepared during recovery. What impressed me most was the medical side: * very detailed explanations and documentation, * realistic planning, * conservative and intelligent donor management, * natural hairline design, * clean surgical work, * excellent postoperative guidance. I was honestly surprised by how little pain and bleeding there was, both during and after the procedure. Even sleeping the following nights was much easier than I expected. Recovery instructions were extremely clear, and the clinic provides detailed written guidance and medication protocols so you always know what to do next. Another important point for me was that they focus on long-term planning, not just immediate cosmetic impact. They clearly think about preserving donor resources and achieving a result that will still make sense years later. Of course, final results take months, so I cannot yet comment on density or long-term growth. But regarding professionalism, organization, medical seriousness and overall patient experience, I can say that HLC fully met the very high expectations I had after such extensive research.

After quite a bit of research I decided on HLC but must admit to having been a little nervous as to whether I'd made the correct choice. That only lasted until I arrived in Ankara. I immediately met several other patients who were either coming for the second time or had also done a lot of research themselves and everyone had only positive things to say. I'm now 8 days past my 4500 grafts and can only say how delighted I've been with the experience. The team is friendly and more importantly very professional. I felt I was in good hands and that they were interested in getting my operation right and possibly having me come back if I felt I needed to rather than try to overharvest and do too much the first time round. I am relieved I made the right choice and would absolutely recommend HLC to anyone who was interested in making sure that their operation went exactly as it should with the best results possible.

After extensive research, I decided to get my Hair transplant done at HLC. I cannot recommends them enough. All the staff are consummate professionals and exhibited exceptional customer service. From the patient coordinators: Mila and Ebru Who helped me every step of the way and supported me thoroughly, to the surgeons who operated on me Dr Tarik and Dr Umud -The service was outstanding and my results were exceptional.

It was my first time here. Overall very good impression - HLC is the excellent clinic. High quality of service. Very attentive, nice and professional team (special thanks to Dr. Cengiz, Ebru and Mila). I have (actually had) a large boldness and small donor scalp area. Therefore I specifically looked for a clinic with very careful attitude towards donor area, and which can do also BHT. So I made my research and chose HLC as it exactly matched my criteria and had very good reviews. My actual experience exceeded the expectations: all the process, from studying my donor and receiving areas, consultation and planning to surgery sessions - everything was at a very professional level. I plan to return next year to do my crown area here

I don’t write many reviews but this experience definitely deserves one. After I decided to go with HLC I can honestly say it was the best decisions. I doubt I could have had a better experience elsewhere. From the planning and scheduling process, which was accommodating and smooth, to the questions I had (that were all answered quickly and professionally), to the actual procedure…the entire experience felt organized and smooth from the start. Once I landed, everything was handled perfectly…transportation, hotel, airport pickups…overall logistics were seamless. When I got to the clinic, every single staff member I interacted with was kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The doctors were very knowledgeable and took their time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. So in summary, every encounter I had at with any staff was positive. Whether it was the medical team, coordinators, drivers, doctors, etc… When it came to the actual hair transplant, the attention to detail throughout the entire process was impressive. The results so far are amazing, beyond what I was expecting to be honest. Even after the procedure, the follow up support and communication were/are excellent. All in all, I can honestly only say positive things about my experience. I’m super happy that I chose them, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering doing this procedure. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel as easy and comfortable as can be. So, I just want to thank the entire HLC team and hope this review helps anyone who’s researching the clinic.
