Unsatisfied with the overall results two years later after doing a procedure here coming all the way from Canada. Price was good but the doctor (guy with the tattoo's) isn't even around 90% of the time; he's checking in and out of different rooms overseeing multiple procedures. Clinic was sub par compared to western standards I recall the nursing technicians/students were using the bathroom in the room to change. Nurse technician would also eat in the same room as the procedure. The procedure itself wasn't the best as it took over 11 hours for probably 2000 grafts. They inflate the number of grafts they'll do dramatically from what they actually end up doing. Last but not least the salesmen posted my picture despite my clear instruction I wanted this to be confidential. I am now looking for a re-do unfortunately and wish I just paid more for a better result. My results gave me a few inches of very thin hair along my hairline but not much else, I'm still bald by every definition after this procedure.

The case coordinator is great personality and is well rounded on his end.
Now when it comes to the procedure:
Procedure by doctors is not done by doctors only. Like all centers is done by technicians as well so if that is not your deciding factor.
Hygiene alert, head towel fell on floor multiple times and was picked up and re-used. Some steps were done without gloves even. But considering the messy procedures and the meds you take after, you should be fine!?
The number of grafts reported varied. Some said something different and the chart said something else.
You should not get PRP injections unless you are familiar how it is done because even if you are supposed to get it, chances are you are not getting it if they dont draw a decent amount of your blood in multiple viles. I got a spray (not injection) of saline. They didnt even draw blood for it. A bluff. I pointed that out since i am a health care worker.
They were answering phone calls with their gloves on left and right or stopping and talking on the phone multiple times; very un ethical and not sterile.
So all in all go to a more reputable place that are at risk of having their reputation tarnished if they don’t abide to what they are supposed to do.
FYI, my implant failed in the front with a huge scab and i lost more hair than i originally had.. and they didnt reply to reschedule according to their WARRANTY.. i bought all their products and followed all instructions but the traumatic un sanitary conditions were inevitably going to lead to unprofessional running away from their WARRANTY.
