Je tiens à remercier toute l’équipe de Duty Clinic pour leur excellent travail. Tout était parfait : l’organisation des rendez-vous, l’accueil, le respect et le professionnalisme. Je suis vraiment satisfait de mon expérience. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur attention. I had such a great experience in a Duty Clinic. Dr Umut and patients manager Umayma and all stuff are very professional, highly educated and very caring. They have a great equipment and place is spotless. I'm very happy with the result and would highly recommend this clinic.

La atención es muy profesional de todo el equipo. Son muy amables, tienen intérprete para inglés. En cuanto a los precios, son los que esperas como todo paciente, mejor para el bolsillo☺️ La calidad tienes para escoger, te recomiendo la más alta calidad porque vale la pena. Recomiendo ésta clínica porque puedes comunicarte por wasap desde cualquier lugar del mundo, a cualquier hora geográfica. Te incluyen el mejor hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Le personel est adorable, Umaima, Emilie, sarah, kaouthar, faysal, dr Elvin, dr Fathi et et tous les autres que je n’ai pas nommé. Je recommande fortement cette clinique avec un personnel seriex et professionnel , vraiment bravo!!!!!

I am delighted to share my experience with Duty Clinic. From the initial contact with Vanessa the online consultant in October 2025 I have been very impressed. My first in person attendance at the Clinic was equally memorable. At each interaction I received timely and relevant information and assessments that enabled me make informed decisions on the available treatment options. All the attending support staff and the Clinical crew were very professional and exemplified exceptional customer service. Equally excellent was the support provided by Solin the logistics coordinator. The exceptional high level of service was observed on my second visit in May 2026. Staff at the reception were friendly and showed and radiated warmth to both patients and relatives attending the clinic. Between the two treatments / the consultant checked in on me to confirm that all is well. On the technical side I am pleased with the professional and sound expertise of the Clinicians and pain free experience on both occasions. My treatment course was completed ahead of schedule which gave me time to do the touristy things. I have no hesitation in recommending Duty Clinic to my friends. Ernest
