I underwent a hair transplant here on July 1st of 2026. My twin and older brother both had their hair transplants by Dr. Aslan a year before and I was very impressed by their results. They had urged me that Dr. Aslan would make the procedure comfortable as well as do a great job of creating a new hairline. Thankfully all preparations before the procedure, like transport and lodging were done through Leyla. This was a massive part of ensuring that the procedure, which required two visits, went smoothly, which it did. On the day of the procedure I was given full access to Dr. Aslan about how my hairline was going to look. I think this was huge because he allowed input from the patient, me, about what I was going to look like moving forward. His multilingual talents came in handy so we spoke German to each other as a kind of fun way to practice something I hadn’t done in a while. Once the procedure started, it was smooth sailing. Dr. Aslan gave the local anesthesia and the entire procedure was as close to painless as possible. After the removal of grafts I was given a hearty lunch and Dr. Aslan returned to place the canals for the techs to then place the grafts into. Again, he was communicative throughout the entire process and listened to me when I asked for anything. Towards the end of the procedure I started experiencing slight tremors, which was completely unrelated to the procedure, and Dr. Aslan was able to immediately provide an IV of diazepam to help calm me down. The techs did a wonderful job keeping me comfortable and calm during the entire process. I left with a bandage on my head and returned the next day to have my bandage removed and have the area cleaned. Dr. Aslan was present again during the part of the process as well. He answered all my questions and through Leyla I am even same to contact him now during my recovery phase. The techs then explained how I would wash and clean my head while also giving me instructions on exactly how to take my medication. If anyone is considering Dr. Aslan for any work at all, please take my word for it and go do it. Leyla will be your access so be sure to ask for her when considering a procedure. I will return here after some recovery time to post pictures of my hair before and after. I will also come back to the clinic in a couple years time for another transplant.
