Unsympathetic and teeth don’t match I didn’t find them very sympathetic to my fear of dentists. My teeth are uneven and differ lots at the front, also both tips of my fangs broke off after a couple of weeks and when I voiced my concerns they said ‘well you said you liked them’. At the time straight after my fitting I was in agony and forced to smile and comment on them when all I wanted to do was cry and go back to my hotel room.

Honestly if I could give more Stars I would😁BGZ has honestly changed my life around and my confidence is now at a great level were it has never been thanks to these guys. I contacted BGZ for the first time Back in November were I was introduced to Koray, I sent on pictures and info about my teeth and straight away Koray got back to me and said He will talk with his crew to see what needs to be done, The very next day I got sent a complete makeover plan for my forever smile from Koray, I was shocked on how fast the process was, So as me and Koray were talking back and forth we planned my first visit which was extremely QUICK as I got it for December, I honestly couldn't believe how fast the process was. For my Makeover smile I had to go In December and then in April 2024 as I was in Recovery from Implant surgery from my first visit ... Now I go on to the Brilliant Staff at BGZ Throughout my Duration I has Tugba as my Translator ect what can I say only BGZ should be extremely Proud and Happy about Tugba and that they have an extremely good Member at their Clinic I travelled by myself on both trips and was extremely nervous Tugba made my life so much easier and was with me every step of the way, She stayed with me throughout every consultation.... I could ask her any questions ect And she answers to the best of her ability Honestly BGZ should be so proud of this woman I honestly can't thank her enough you guys have such a great Colleague on board 🩷 To all the Doctors, Nurses and Translators who was apart of my journey Thank you from the Bottom of my Heart you guys changed my life♥️ I'm not Great with names But when I think of BGZ Koray, Tugba and another Translator Hazan comes to my mind. Hazan is also a wonderful Colleague you have ... she would come over and have conversations with me when I be waiting to go in the the Doctors, and by her lovely Character she made me feel so relaxed, which was great. BGZ will forever have a place in my heart cause you guys have given me the perfect smile and a fresh start. Also The process is so so easy. In Your package you have Free Accommodation & VIP Transport from the Airport,Hotel & The Clinic which is just amazing so you don't have to worry about Travelling anywhere. The Payment is so worth it in Total for my Treatment .... 10 nights in total in 5 star Accommodation with Breakfast including was just over 6k which I thought that was just amazing pluse you get a Payment plan so the ake everything easy as much as possible for you. Everyone will have a different Treatment plan so you guys could even pay less I honestly can't recommend these guys enough,If you want that perfect smile, BGZ, Is the Place for you Thank you so much BGZ♥️♥️ From your favourite patient, Kian😁💙

My experience with bgz dental was absolutely excellent service. I have a fear of dentist and needles but I felt safe and relaxed. I was briefed on my treatment and vip service was 100%. I'm so pleased with the communication was brilliant. Great value for money. Highly recommended this company

Great experience from start to finish. Good comms, excellent service, reasonable price considering my work was substantial enough to warrant free accommodation and all transfers taken care of. Customer service was excellent and I felt really taken care of. Highly recommended.
