Would never do anything with nada clinic again.
Always late, no respect for time. And they did post-pone my surgery multiple times.
They lie a lot. They said they do teeth, but I realized they didn’t, and took us to another doctor that is probably not part of the clinic. My mother got a tooth bridge done there and now, 1 year post, my mother’s teeth bridge fell off.
For other surgeries, they gave me a doctor’s name just to be surprised with another doctor on the day of the surgery. The doctor was great but what shocked me is that he never saw photos of me that i sent to the clinic and didn’t know what he was working with until the last minute. Also, they sent me photos of a beautiful hospital, but i was surprised with a different hospital that was REALLLY bad. And when I talked out most of those things out with the clinic, they told me they were trying to do the “best” for us.
They give the cheapest materials and cheapest care. Would recommend to go find another clinic.

أنا حبيت شارك معكم تجربتي مع Nada clinic بصراحة تجربة أكتر من رائعة عملت تكميم المعدة عندهم وكانت جدااا ناجحة الحمد لله العملية كانت من أسبوع وهلأ وضعي كتييير منيح وبفضل الله الدكتور ساميت من أروع وأنجح الجراحين في تركيا كان كتير متعاون معي ومستعد لأي سؤال بالإضافة إلى وجهه البشوش دائما الطاقم الطبي والممرضات جدا ممتاز المشفى نظيف .
وأخيرا وليس آخراً كل الشكر للدكتور إبراهيم يلي كان معي دايما بالمشفى متابع الحالة ومترجم أيضا ومستعد أيضا للإجابة عن الأسئلة في أي وقت .
طبعا وكانت معي رغد من أول ماحكيت معن كانت تساعدني وهيي نسقت المواعيد وكلشي مع المشفى وكانت جدا مذوقة وخلوقة وماقصرت أبداً.
شكرااا Nada clinic على كلشي وبنصح كل حدا بدو يعمل العملية مباشرة لعندهم ورح يكون كتييير مبسوط.
تجربة أكثر من رائعة مع فريق مركز ندى، من قبل الوصول الى تركيا كان مستوى التواصل معهم ممتاز وتم الاجابة على جميع الاسئلة والاستفسارات بكل وضوح، اما عند الوصول كانت الخدمة أكثر من رائعة من استقبال في المطار للخدمة في المستشفى والتحاليل والعملية إلى الاقامة خارج المستشفى، الفريق جدا متعاون، دكتور ابراهيم على تواصل دائم معي حتى بعد العملية، دائما يجيب على جميع الاستفسارات، دكتور سميت أكثر من رائع والعملية ناجحة ولا يوجد اي مضاعفات، الانسة رغد دائمن موجودة للرد على اي استفسارات
واسئلة في اي وقت،،، جدا سعيدة لاختياري لهم ولاتخاذ هذه الخطوة وانصح الجميع بالتعامل معهم
I had an amazing experience with Nada Clinic starting from taking the decision and communicating with them with my endless questions, they were always happy to answer them clearly. Their services exceeded my expectations when I arrived to Istanbul, they were always with me, picked me up from airport, took me for all the tests and scans in the hospital, and even after the surgery, they were always there when I needed them. their commitment with you never ends even after you are done and back to your country, they are always available to answer any questions, or concerns you have. thanks to Dr. Ibrahim, Dr. Samit and Ms. Raghad for the exceptional services they are providing.
Upon arrival, all transport had been arranged. I’d spent the first night in a very nice hotel and was transported to the hospital the following day. Any problems I had were solved by Dr Ibrahim who offered efficient responses Dr Ibrahim was very friendly and translated and directed me throughout the process and I felt very supported during my surgery and recovery period. During my consultation and after the surgery, Dr Alper reassured me on concerns regarding recovery and answered all of my questions. After the surgery I spent two nights in the hospital and had 24/7 support from nurse staff. I was then transported back to the hotel where I had more time to rest and recover. I would definitely recommend Nada Clinic for aesthetic surgery and will be planning to get more work done with them in future.
Outstanding Service
The service I received was superb. Nada team Raghad and Dr.Ibrahim are very professional staff who never left me alone and was there for me whenever I needed an explanation and took time to explain procedures clearly and transparently. Enough time was taken to double-check details -- efficient but unrushed. I will absolutely use the clinic again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
I went through two surgeries first with Dr. Alper , an aesthetic surgeon ,is a very professional who will provide the best options to make you happy with your results. Then Dr.Samet who helped me get rid of some breast lumps in a very easy procedure .I do highly recommend NADA clinic in Istanbul, Turkey .Big thanks for their amazing team especially Dr.Ibrahim and Mrs. Raghad for being there with me and nurses too for their sincerity, and trustful understanding with their patients

انا بصراحة ما لقيت اي مشكلة ولو صغير مع المستشفى ندى كلينك اول ما وصلت المستشفى كان الدكتور ابراهيم في انتظاري
حضرلي كل اوراق الدخول للمستشفى و اخدني على غرفتي اللي كانت احلى من ما تصورت (بتطل على البحر ) و بعدين لخدني اعمل التحاليل و كان جد جد لطيف و كمان اخدني اشوف مرضى عملو نفس العملية علشان يهدي شوي من الخوف و الضغط و تاني يوم عملت العملية و الحمد لله كانت ناجحة ، و كل يوم كان بيجي البروفيسور ساميت اللي عملي العملية بيجي يزورني مرتين في اليوم و
بيطمن على حالتي هو و كل الطاقم الطبي و ما بنسى اني اتكلم على الممرضات اللي بيجو كل تلات ساعات لقياس الضغط و دقات القلب و الحرارة يعني المستشفى اكتيييير منضم و نضييييف ،اخيرا بشكر كل الناس اللي ساعدتني من وصولي لتركيا لغاية رحيلي و اللي لسة

عملت التحاليل في نفس يوم الوصول .الممرضات في المستشفى كثير طيبات و مهذبات و معاملتهم معانا كثير كويسة
يوم الوصول كان يوم الاحد ما في شغل بس الطبيب جاء واستقبلنا و شرح لي كل تفاصيل العملية انا بشكر كتير دكتور صمد و دكتور ابراهيم .المستشفىكانت نضيف كتير و مرتب انا عجبني كتير كنت مرتاحة
يوم اثنين كان يوم عملية كان متعب جدا بالنسبة لي و جد شاق ولكن بعدها بيومين كان في تحسن قعدت ٤أيام في مستشفى بعدين ذهبت ال الفندق ٥ نجووم وكنت كل يوم بتحسن قعدت ٣ أيام بالفندق . انا في ألمانيا بس في اتصال معاهم و انا اشكركم على حسن استقبال
Wonderful experience with NADA Clinic. Dr. Samit was a wonderful surgeon, and all of the staff was always helpful and kind especially Raghad & Dr.Ibrahim. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose NADA Clinic and would highly recommend to anyone.
