BARIŞ KALDIRIMCI
Saç ekimi için iletişime geçtiğim Civaş Saç Ekim Kliniği’nden maalesef son derece ilgisiz ve profesyonellikten uzak bir yaklaşım gördüm. Cuma günü saç fotoğraflarımı istediler, “hocalar kongrede, pazartesi mutlaka dönüş yapacağız” dediler. Yüz yüze görüşme talep ettiğimde ise 2’den önce hiçbir gün randevu veremeyeceklerini söylediler.
Pazartesi günü ise kim olduğunu bile bilmediğim bir kişi, iki cümlelik bir mesajla “hocamızla konuştum, saç ekimi için uygunsunuz” dedi. Ne açıklama yapıldı, ne süreç anlatıldı, ne yüz yüze görüşmeye davet edildim. En ufak bir bilgilendirme çabası bile yok. Bu kadar yüksek maliyetli ve güven gerektiren bir işlem için böyle bir ilgisizlik gerçekten kabul edilemez.
İlk temas sürecinden itibaren kendimi adeta istenmeyen bir müşteri gibi hissettirdiler. Bu yaklaşım nedeniyle kesinlikle olumsuz bir izlenim edindim.
Gelen cevaba hitaben;
Yanıtınızda ‘sizi aradık’ ifadesini çok olağan bir durum gibi aktarmanız, tam olarak yaşadığım problemi gösteriyor. Saç ekimi gibi operasyon sonrası takibin ve iletişimin kritik olduğu bir süreçte, yaptığım GOOGLE yorumdan sonra yapılan bir aramayı yeterli görmek profesyonel bir yaklaşım değildir.
Ön tarafta saçlarım seyrelmeye başladığı için Ümit Bey'e geldim. Bana bir tane sprey verdiler(minoxidil). Düzenli kullandıktan sonra birkaç ay içinde saçlarım çıkmaya başladı. Fakat daha sonra sprey aşırı derecede kepeğe neden oldu. 1 yılın sonundaysa saçlarım ilk baştaki haline göre daha da geriye gitti. Bu süreçte cebimden 3 ya da 4 adet muayenenin parası ve ayda bir aldığım spreylerin parası çıktı. Sonuç ise dediğim gibi başlangıca göre daha da fazla dökülen saçlarım oldu.
Muayenelerde de saçın dökülme nedeni, tedavinin neden işe yarayıp yaramadığı gibi hastayı bilgilendirecek konuları pek detaylı bir şekilde anlatmıyorlar. Saçın fotoğrafının çekilmesi 5 dk, sonrasında konuşma da 5-10 dk deseniz en fazla 15 dk sürüyor. Soru sormaya çalışınca da hızlıca cevap verip muayeneyi bitirmeye çalışan bir devlet hastanesi tavrı var.
Son muayenede ise tahmin edebileceğiniz gibi sinirim bozuktu. Zaten kellik her erkeğin korktuğu bir şey. Ben tam bu dertten kurtuldum sanarken bir anda yine saçlarım dökülmeye başladığı için ekstra sinirliydim. Ümit bey'in bu muayenedeki tavrı çok laubaliydi. Bana önce spreyin başka bir versiyonunu kullanmam gerektiğini söyledi. Bu da işe yaramazsa ne yapacağız diye sorduğumda da gülerek o zaman da başka bir şey deneriz dedi.
Ya, zaten bana yanlış tedavi uygulamışsın ve saçlarım sana geldiğimdeki halinden daha kötü durumda. Üstüne de bir yıldır cebimden senin yanlış tedavin ve hiçbir işe yaramayan 15 dklık muayenelerin için dünyanın parası çıkmış. Bana gülerek cevap veriyorsun. Ben bundan sonra senin önerdiğin diğer tedavi yöntemine nasıl güveneyim.

The doctors and nurses were incredibly professional, thorough, and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised that the procedure was completely pain-free. You could tell the team genuinely cared about doing things the right way, not rushing or treating patients like a number.
I also have to say that Türkiye itself is a beautiful country, which made the whole experience even better. I intentionally chose Civas because I did not want a ‘hair mill’ clinic, and even though I ended up paying a bit more than my original quote, I was completely fine with that because the level of care and results clearly justified it.

As I progressed into my 60s, my hair loss accelerated and I had to grow the front of my hair out 10 inches to slick it back to cover the rest of my hair. I did not want to shave my head and realized I needed to do something. I did my research and chose Drs. Civas and Akpinar for my hair procedure . They and their amazing staff (shout out to Adilah) were so helpful and answered all my questions and talked me through the entire process and made me feel totally comfortable and confident . I was impressed with Civas & Akpinar Hair since they only treat one person a day and they were with me throughout the day of my procedure and they performed my procedure personally. The procedure itself was completely painless and the entire experience was incredible, from my first contact with the clinic to my consultation before the procedure and throughout my post procedure course. It was immediately apparent that Drs. Civas and Akpinar were caring physicians and they want the best outcome for their patients. I have included before and after pictures (I am now 10 months out from the procedure). Every day I get compliments from my friends, coworkers and family on how great my hair looks and they are amazed at the results. I am so incredibly happy with how my hair looks and how grateful I am for the doctors and staff at Civas & Akpinar Hair. They are talented physicians and wonderful people, and if you are seeking a hair transplant you will find no one better!! The work they do is life changing!
Did lots of research before choosing Dr Civas. Hair transplant was successful but unfortunately have some permanent numbness in recipient area. Very rare complication. Other clinics have suspected the recipient holes were too deep.
20 months after my hair transplant, I am writing this review. I paid €4,800 to Civas. I also received a much cheaper offer from another clinic in Turkey, but I chose Civas to ensure a high-quality result.
The front area turned out fairly well, but I am disappointed with the crown, where my hair is still thin and the scalp is visible.
Before the procedure, my main concern was the crown and the receding hairline at the temples. On the day of the operation, I asked if the hairline could be moved slightly forward, but the clinic advised against it for a more natural look. However, they moved the hairline about 0.5 cm forward at the temples. I appreciate that.
The procedure lasted about eight hours. Communication with Civas has been good both before and after the operation.
I considered a warranty correction, but the price was almost the same as the original procedure, so I decided not to proceed.
Based on the most recent discussions, Civas says that their goal was to make the front area look good and that, in their opinion, they succeeded. I disagree with this, as I specifically pointed out that I am not satisfied with the crown area.

At 55, I finally decided to do something about my thinning hair. I regret not doing something sooner. Civas hair transplant center did a wonderful job and took great care of us. The results have surpassed any expectations I had and I’m very grateful. I highly recommend them!
I am so glad that I chose to go to Dr. Civas and Dr. Akpinar. I did a lot of research before I chose them and the fact that they limit the amount of procedures they do a day was very important to me and Dr. Civas distinguished education experience and reputation. They really individualized the experience and made sure that I was happy with the result. They worked w the technicians the whole time. It’s not just a medical procedure. The prospect of getting your hair back is a huge part of a persons life. They understand how important hair is to their patients and they do everything possible to make sure the process was seamless and that I was satisfied with the result. From the pick up from the airport to the attention to detail by the doctors and the staff. I was in such good hands with thier point of contact Adilah. She was amazing and I knew once I spoke to her that she was going to take good care of me and I was in good hands the entire time. The hotel that they put me in Alpfine otel was quite simple and nice. They paid for 3 days. I extended my trip and stayed a few more. Used it as a getaway to read a book, watch movies and write. There is a mall close by. The food was really good and inexpensive. Don’t miss breakfast it’s delicious. Not much nightlife close by to tempt you but a few good restaurants
And great bakeries to try pastries close by.
