Warning about BHT Best Med Klinik Misleading information, poor conditions, and unfulfilled promises: On January 27, 2026, my husband and I received an offer for several procedures (facelift and neck lift for him, eyelid surgery, and for me additionally a brow lift and trifocal Alcon lenses), which were explicitly confirmed to take place at the BHT Best Med Klinik. However, upon arrival in Istanbul, we were not treated in the agreed clinic but transferred to another facility (Floria Hospital). The hygienic conditions there were unacceptable: dirty bed linens, no drinking water for patients, and generally a very unclean environment. After my examination, I was suddenly asked to accept a new, more expensive offer, which I refused. Nevertheless, I was operated on the following day. Immediately after my eye surgery, I had to stay under unacceptable conditions in my husband’s clinic room and leave the hotel—despite having booked 7 days in a hotel and a family room in the hospital. I had no proper bed, blanket, or pillow and had to sit on a dirty chair in a contaminated room. A particularly critical incident: after his surgery, my husband experienced breathing problems. Although there was an oxygen outlet in the room, there was neither a mask nor tubing available. The nursing staff appeared overwhelmed. I had to organize and connect oxygen myself so that my husband could breathe. In our view, this represents a serious failure in medical care. Furthermore, instead of the contractually agreed trifocal Alcon lenses, EDOF lenses were implanted without my consent. The result does not match the promised outcome of being free from glasses. To this day, there has been no response. Neither the clinic nor the contact person has replied to our complaints. Important medical documentation has also not been provided. Overall, the entire process appears non-contractual and non-transparent. We reserve the right to take legal action.

We had such great support from Alaa, she made my partner and i feel heard and understood. My partner had surgery at best clinic and was very nervous, however Alaa had great english and made us feel confident we were being looked after. Thank you to all the team, the surgeons, nurses, translaters, cleaners, chefs who made this cosmetic journey as comfortable as possible.

Yildiz came by our room and gave us a lymphatic massage and she was amazing. She really went into detail and thoroughly addressed where we needed to get our massage especially mine, and got a lot of drainage out. I completely recommend using her again as a massage therapist for the lymphatic drainage.
