Mi experiencia ha sido muy negativa y quiero advertir a otras personas. Durante mi estancia, tuve que insistir varias veces para que terminaran mi tratamiento dental, sintiendo en algunos momentos falta de organización y atención adecuada. Tampoco me proporcionaron el transporte que inicialmente me habían indicado. Además, respecto a otro procedimiento que había reservado, al solicitar la cancelación del mismo, se me indicó que no recuperaría el depósito y recibí comentarios que me resultaron muy preocupantes, incluyendo posibles cargos adicionales y dificultades si decidía reclamar. También quiero destacar que contraté el servicio con una clínica y posteriormente fui atendida en otra diferente, lo que me generó desconfianza, especialmente al no tener claro el nivel de instalaciones. Por todo esto, recomiendo a cualquier persona que esté considerando esta clínica que se informe muy bien, exija todo por escrito y valore otras opciones antes de tomar una decisión. Comparto mi experiencia para que otras personas puedan evitar pasar por una situación similar.

The clinic is spotless and modern, equipped with the latest technology. The dentists take their time to explain every step and make sure everything is completely painless. Séjour de une semaine pour refaire mes dents ou j’étais très complexer sans trop oser sourire car pas les dents droite et elle se chevaucher la clinique les chauffeur on était au top au petit soins avec nous le traducteur . Les praticiens nous explique tout en détail Nous montre tous. Si tout etai à refaire je referai sa hésitation . Merci pour tous et merci pour mon sourire parfait. Je vous recommande à tous cette clinique Sans hésitation

Le personnel est compétent, bienveillant et très rassurant, ce qui rend tout le parcours beaucoup plus agréable. Le résultat final est magnifique, naturel et exactement comme je le souhaitais.
