I’ve visited many physiotherapists in different places over the years, but the expertise Dr. Sahil brings is truly unbelievable. I had been struggling with a lower back injury for almost 10 days after a cricket match. The pain was so acute that I couldn’t bend or even get up properly.
I visited Planet Physiotherapy for the first time, and Dr. Sahil took the time to do a very detailed assessment. He focused on the smallest aspects of the diagnosis to understand the real root cause before beginning treatment. And trust me, just after the first session, I was almost 80% better. I’m not exaggerating — the relief was instant and remarkable.
I continued for about 3–4 sessions under Dr. Sahil’s guidance, with Dr. Tejaswini taking care of my therapy, and the teamwork between them is exceptional. Today, I’m completely fine, back to playing matches, and continuing my regular fitness routine without any discomfort.

Sahil sir one of the best physiotherapist in Tricity. All the staff members are fully professional's. I was suffering from shoulder tendonitis and I was in a lot of pain , unable to play my sport cricket. Machines are very effective , there are different varieties of machines like laser ,shockwave , long wave etc. for sports players the rehab Center is build to cure all injuries. I had a very disappointing experience with this physiotherapy clinic. They seem to rely heavily on hype and promotional photos with cricketers like Harmanpreet Kaur and Yuvraj Singh to attract patients, but the actual service does not match the image they portray.
I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM, yet I was kept waiting until 11:45 AM with no proper explanation. No one attended to me, and there was a complete lack of professionalism and respect for my time. Patients are treated as if their time has no value.
The clinic appears more focused on charging high fees and showcasing celebrity connections rather than providing genuine patient care. My experience felt misleading and highly unprofessional. I eventually had to leave without receiving proper consultation, which felt like a complete waste of time and money.
I would not recommend this place if you are expecting punctuality, professionalism, and ethical treatment. As an athlete my body was shivering and in full pain but no one came , please do not go here
Sahil pajii is one of the best physiotherapist I have ever witnessed.He is a magician . He has so much knowledge about all kinds of injury and he has helped me continue my cricket journey very smoothly 🙏
I approached Physio Planet with a 2 month old abductor and VMO injury, after a debilitating 8 week struggle with running and strength workouts.
