I visited this clinic for ongoing cervicogenic pain, upper shoulder stiffness, and frequent headaches that were affecting my daily routine. Dr. Roshan carefully assessed my condition and explained the root cause in a way that was easy to understand. His treatment approach was focused, gentle, and personalized to my needs. After a few sessions, I noticed significant relief. I was also given exercises which are easy to do and effective along with other advice on posture correction . I truly appreciate his support, patience, and genuine care throughout the treatment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good physiotherapy and chiropractic care and general care for their body.

I had a great experience at pain free clinic. My neck was badly struck. Dr. Roshan did some chiropractic adjustment and a couple of physiotherapy sessions and I fully recovered. Highly recommended.
I visited this clinic for treatment and had a mixed experience. Dr. Roshan Jha is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful — I felt confident in his approach and appreciated the care he provided.
However, my experience with the assistant, Pooja, was very disappointing. I found her approach lacking in empathy and sensitivity, especially considering patients are already in pain and vulnerable. During my sessions, I felt that my discomfort was not taken seriously, and at times the treatment felt unnecessarily forceful, which actually worsened my pain.
What was most concerning was the lack of acknowledgment or apology when I expressed discomfort. A little compassion and patient care can make a huge difference in a healthcare setting.
I hope the clinic addresses this, as the quality of support staff significantly impacts the overall patient experience.
Dr. Jha is Very good chiropractor. I went for lower back pain which occurred during heavy lifting. He gives you time. Understand your problem and do the needful. Staff is very cooperative and not in hurry like other clinics. Besides good physio, It’s very cost effective also.
Had a really good experience here. Dr. Roshan listened to my problem carefully and treatment ke har step ko clearly explain kiya. I’m feeling much better now.
I’ve undergone therapies there including chiropractic care, manual release, and physiotherapy. The treatment has made me pain-free, and I feel deeply relaxed after the sessions. I was dealing with myofascial pain syndrome, and the staff has been extremely polite and supportive throughout.
This is the best Pain management centre of excellence in Dwarka. Issue of all kind like neck pain / back pain are being handled efficiently .
