We are incredibly grateful to Ankuran Pluro Fertility and IVF for helping us become parents to our beautiful twins after four years of marriage. Our journey was not an easy one. After facing the heartbreak of two miscarriages from natural pregnancies, we approached Dr. Dibyendu Banerjee seeking guidance. With his experience and clarity, he advised us to undergo further evaluation, including genetic counselling, where certain concerns were identified and IVF was recommended as the best path forward.
Like many couples, we initially had our doubts about IVF. We had heard stories about unclear costs and treatments becoming far more expensive than expected. However, our experience at Ankuran Pluro completely changed that perception. The entire process was handled with complete transparency, both medically and financially. Dr. Sanam Islam took the time to patiently explain every step of the treatment and helped us understand why each decision was necessary in our case. Riya Ma'am was extremely supportive and ensured that all costs were clearly communicated and that our treatment stayed within the initial estimate provided.
The medical journey itself was handled with exceptional care. Dr. Sanam guided us through the treatment and helped us achieve pregnancy. Dr. Seetha closely monitored the development through timely scans and essential tests to ensure the health of our babies at every stage. Finally, our twins were safely brought into this world under the care of Dr. Dibyendu Banerjee. It is truly rare to find a team that supports you seamlessly from conception to monitoring to delivery, all under one roof.
Throughout this journey, the doctors, nurses, and support staff stood by us with compassion and dedication. They truly lived up to their promise of being our Partners in Parenthood.
I recently had my HyCoSy test done at Ankuran and I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience. Dr. Sanam Islam and the entire team handled the procedure with the utmost care, precision, and professionalism. They made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the process and explained everything clearly. The reception team is also very efficient and polite. I recently underwent my HYCOSY test at Ankuran Pluro Fertility and IVF, performed by Dr. Sanam Islam. I had a very positive experience throughout the procedure.
At the beginning of the test, I experienced mild cramping similar to period pain, but Dr. Islam was extremely gentle, patient & reassuring throughout. The nursing staff was also very caring & attentive which helped me feel comfortable and at ease during the procedure.
I truly appreciated the professionalism, compassion & support provided by the entire team. I would highly recommend Ankuran and Dr. Sanam Islam to anyone seeking fertility care & treatment.
I am very disappointed with the behavior of one of your reception staff members.
On 29/05/2026 around 4:30 PM, while filling out a form, I accidentally filled in a few fields that I was not supposed to. Instead of simply guiding me or offering a solution, the receptionist started making faces and asked in a rude manner why I had filled those sections. What made the situation worse was that she started talking about it to her colleague sitting beside her in a mocking way, as if I had done something unreasonable.
Honestly, if a patient makes a mistake while filling out a form, the staff should help correct it professionally. It could have been solved very easily by providing another form or simply crossing out the fields that were filled by mistake. There was no need to make the patient or family member feel embarrassed.
We were not there for any free service. We spent almost ₹5,000 on scans and doctor consultations, yet the way we were treated made us feel as though we were asking for a favor.
I would request the management to please ensure that front-desk staff receive proper training on how to communicate with and treat patients and their family members. Receptionists are the first point of contact, and professional, respectful behavior should be the minimum expectation.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other patients do not have a similar experience.
