Profissionais 5 estrelas em relação a todos, no atendimento super simpático e empático, nos médicos , nos enfermeiros, é de tal forma, que me sinto informada de muita coisa que não sabia as causas, mimada..tratada e com tudo isto acabo por me sentir protegida que nos meus 71 anos é uma mais valia, sem dúvida. I'm wholly satisfied with Serenity, and I can't say enough great things about the service! Soon after getting signed up, I was paired with the lovely and kind Leonor, who acts as a trusted health concierge. After a detailed conversation about my health history and needs, she and her team quickly began navigating the Portuguese healthcare system on my behalf, finding the right doctors for me, and scheduling appointments per my availability. It's an easy, painless process, with zero headaches. It is such a tremedous help and feels almost too good to be true--but it's truly what they do. And they do it well. Perhaps one of the best things about the service is that Leonor, with her wealth of experience as a health care provider herself, is there to offer support as, essentially, a private triage nurse, too. I've come to her with multiple questions and concerns, and she's consistently provided timely and solid, personalized advice. And while I'm certain that she has many other clients, she seems to go out of her way to make me feel like I'm a priority to her. In fact, I feel almost like it's a continued conversation with a trusted friend. I've had zero regrets about signing up with Serenity, and I highly recommend them to others. The company name is absolutely fitting, as there is tremendous peace of mind that comes with the service Serenity provides.

I have found Serenity to be invaluable in our journey of moving to Lisboa from the US. The knowledge and compassion shown by all of the staff is extraordinary. We moved to Portugal in December of 2025, and do not know the language yet, and do not know how to navigate the health systems. Without the guidance of Serenity, we would have found it extremely difficult to find recommendations for the many doctors we needed to get appointments with over the long term. The responsiveness and the team really listening to what we need/want in our healthcare team has been fantastic!

I am writing to give a shout out to Serenity. After finally relocating to Portugal and just starting language classes, we needed help accessing English speaking physicians to address our various health related needs, especially for my husband who has several complicated health related needs. We did not yet have a residency care, an SNS number, or the ability to effectively figure out where to access health care. I did not find our insurance carriers web site helpful, and Portugal sometimes references specialties much different than we are used to. An expat ambassador recommended Serenity and so we reached out. They have been incredibly helpful; finding high quality English speaking physicians, near our home, and scheduling our many appointments. They also keep up with our results. They have scheduled health care appointments, dental appointments and eye exams. Honestly, the effort it would have taken me to figure out everything and make the appointments on my own would have been incredibly anxiety provoking. So, from our perspective the cost of the service is well worth the savings in frustration and confusion. Our representative is a lady named Leonor. She is great!

Since we arrived in Portugal 8 months ago and established a relationship with Serenity, we have been extremely impressed with their service and the exceptional support of our health consultant /nurse Pablo Macedo. He had helped with so many medical issues: finding English-speaking specialists (we're learning Portuguese, but are nowhere near fluent enough to deal with critical health issues); facilitating appointments with our primary physician and various specialists; and most important, offering advice and tireless, compassionate support. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased and happy with our experience with Serenity.
