The personnel were friendly, professional and efficient. I was pleased with my entire interaction and the services provided. The technician that conducted my test was very nice and caring, I had a little episode of dizziness when I went to get up after my ultrasound and she was caring and concerned and helped me regain my stability with directing on what I should do. I very much appreciated her asmI had never been through such before.

I don’t understand how this place is still operating with such poor customer service. I went in today and there was no seating available because the waiting room was completely full. I overheard several people complaining that they had been waiting for hours. As soon as I heard that, I knew I couldn’t stay and decided to leave. What is the point of scheduling appointments if the office can’t keep up with the patients or stay on schedule? It seems very disorganized. The saddest part was seeing elderly people standing because there were no seats available. That truly broke my heart. Patients, especially seniors, deserve better care and consideration than this. I hope management takes steps to improve the situation.

Excellent facility and great, friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff. Robert, Sandra and Broghan are exemplary. My procedure was a 2 day procedure and at every step while working with Robert, from gathering all the required medical info to providing me with all the needed and essential preparations and medicine was very thorough. On the day of the procedure, the staff, Sarah and others, was ready and I was informed about everything before and during the procedure. The staff couldn’t have been more professional and caring. Highly recommended.

My first time there and I got there early for my appt. They took me in shortly after I arrived. Nice place. Professional, clean and felt relaxed here compared to other facilities I've been in. Very friendly staff.

My mother had an appointment back in December, when she scheduled the appointment she was quoted a self pay fee which she confirmed multiple times before the appointment and paid upon arrival. Fast forward we are receiving a bill for said appointment and decided to contact the billing department since we were confused as to why she’s getting a bill when she paid the agreed amount, the representative at the billing department just stated that “for some reason” they overcharged her, when trying to explain to her that in that case it was their mistake rather than my mom’s, she proceeded to tell me that it was not a mistake and kept talking over me without giving me the opportunity to explain, stating that my mom is not the only patient this is happening to, we then asked to speak to a manager or her supervisor and she just proceeded to hung up the phone which was very rude and unprofessional, how can you provide a self pay rate and then choose to change it months after the study was performed?! Unbelievable!

i have lived in collier county since 1970. this particular radiology center has been the best since it was built there! courteous people, clean and large enough lobby with sitting space. The wait was a minor issue but understood that it is season right now; by far the best place to go- friendly staff throughout and its location is convenient for all north or south drivers. Thank you!

This was my first experience at the Naples Radiology Regional on Goodlette Road. My Ultrasound Technician was Khin, and I can't praise her enough for her professionalism from the moment I walked in until I left. She was friendly, checked my paperwork and confirmed my data to be correct, explained what she would be doing, and was very thorough throughout the Ultrasound process. Her friendly demeanor is certainly praiseworthy, but most importantly, the expertise and the thoroughness in which she performed my Ultrasound is not only praiseworthy but also greatly appreciated. Thank you Khin!!

Regional Radiology is always very efficient. My experience with everyone I have worked with has been excellent - very friendly and professional and I’m in and out of there in no time at all. appointments are always right on time. I highly recommend them.
