Dr. Hollie Hogarth did a phenomenal job on my eye exam. She was very friendly, took her time, explained each step, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The entire team from the front desk to the glass wear were exceptional. It was my first experience in the Florence office and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kreinest and the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Kreinest was extremely thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I felt well cared for and confident in the treatment and guidance provided. I highly recommend Dr. Kreinest and this office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

I walked in as a new customer. The team found a way. After a very short wait, I met Hollie Hogarth. She was friendly, professional, and fast! I've been wearing glasses more than fifty years. I've been a customer of optometrists and ophthalmologists in seven countries and 14 U.S. states. THIS team at OVC = excellent! +1 fan!

I had a follow up call today with Dr. Kreinest after an initial examination in December 2025. I have been using a medication to reduce corneal swelling since that initial visit. Today I returned for imaging to assess if the treatment has been effective. Dr. Kreinest took all the extra time which I felt I needed to answer all my questions concerning my diagnosis. Thank you for the extra help!

The visit was lovely and pretty quick. The staff were so nice and weren’t afraid to answer all my questions and help me pick out a set of frames for my glasses.

Literally the sweetest staff to exist. Helped me understand the difference between my normal bad vision and what my vision would look like with prescriptions and helped me with my red eye problems!

Amazing people great staff been going here since I was young and it had a different name (Metzgers) kept the same feel that I had when I would come in here when I was a child thank you all for your hard work and great timing and service
