Both my husband and I have seen Dr Wallace for collarbone surgery from bicycle accidents. He's an excellent Orthopedic surgeon and we wouldn't go to anyone else. Whenever someone we know needs surgeon, we recommend him since we know they will receive the best care.
I just met Dr Herron on Friday for my left hand since I have arthritis and it's been really hurting me. I had x-rays and he knew exactly what I have been going through. He recommend a cortisone shot and not do surgery until it's unbearable. He made me feel very comfortable and I trust his recommendation. We highly recommend the Joint Replacement Institute. The doctors, medical and PT staff all go beyond to provide the best care.
I had my hip replaced last year and just had my follow up with Dr. Elstad. He is outstanding in all aspects of being a doctor. I felt cared for, valued, and received 5 star attention before and after the surgery. Dr. Elstad is a caring and very proficient surgeon. I won't go to any other joint doctor as my body continues to wear out.
Dr. S was very nice, answered all my questions. IBoth my wife and I
were impressed with his honest decision. Best thing he advised
was if I continue to improve he would be happy. If not call and
schedule surgery.
Dr. Benjamin Schnee, DO, at Joint Replacement once again showed how knowledgeable and professional he is. He and his medical assistant, Stephanie, provided outstanding care by asking detailed questions and taking the time to explain all my options.
Stephanie is also incredibly kind and professional. She greets patients with a warm smile and goes over their history carefully, making every visit feel personal and comfortable. I truly appreciate the excellent care from both Dr. Schnee and Stephanie!
Dr. Herron is an excellent physician. He gave me several cortisone shots that resulted in me feeling much better. He is the best doctor at what he does. I highly recommend Dr. Herron as a doctor. He has taken care of my broken fingers and he put me in a splint.
Debbie Sutton is an excellent, caring physical therapist. She is also humorous and makes a patient feel comfortable. She assisted me with both knee replacements and a heel problem. I highly recommend Debbie as well as the whole PT set-up at Joint Replacement Institute.
Family member came here to see and receive hip replacement surgery with Dr. Elstad .. he did a great job at the surgery ctr. He was a informative and empathetic Doctor" I would definitely recommend him for surgery.. thank you for a new lease to walk again. I wish I could say something good as well for the customer service at the "physical therapy office" on the 1st floor" but it was not a good experience, the front desk employee should not deal with the public and definitely could use some customer skills ..upon calls made on a few different occasions over a few months time she was rude and obnoxious"".. employees like that could deter patients from wanting to do their follow-up physical therapy ... On a better note at least Eva who was the therapist seen was friendly, polite and helpful..
Dr. Herron took time to explain my situation and recommend various methods of treatment. He is very articulate, knowledgeable and patient. It was an excellent consultation.
I highly recommend his services.
