I was absolutely impressed on every level. I've been dealing with problems with my leg for so long & it has been so bad. I felt like it was going to give out any second. I've been to the Cartersville location, but I felt like I was getting nearly celebrity treatment here. I had such an emotional day and broke down crying on the way. I did manage to pull myself together (I hate for people to see me cry). When I arrived, I waited for NOTHING. I actually needed time to be honest. I had an x-ray tech & the nurse call me back at the same time & I was still filling out paperwork. The smile & giggle from the nurse, when she took me to my room, was EVERYTHING. The PA I saw felt more knowledgeable than most doctors. I ALWAYS request a copy of my imaging disc when I have scans done, but I have NEVER had a medical place ask to see it....until now. I always felt like every eye isn't the same & It depends on the radiologist. I have even requested doctors to look at my disc and not just the report, but they don't. But...when he asked if I had my MRI disc, I KNOW my face lit up. I told him that I didn't think he would want it, so i didn't bring it, but I can get it for him. He explained that I have arthritis in my knee & gave me a steroid shot. I'm not gonna pretend it didn't take my breath away, even though I have a very high pain tolerance level. When I got up off the bed to stand, it felt like maybe I was going to get to try my leg out with some relief. My knee was playing games and I haven't even gotten to test drive it & my entire leg is hurting so badly. I do have a follow-up appointment to bring my MRI & see how this worked. I'm hurting so much that I don't have words to describe the pain. We will see how it is tomorrow. When I say that I couldn't believe I did everything in no more than 1 hour....I'm not exaggerating at all. Even my friends were floored by how quickly my appointment moved. Maybe it was just that kind of day. I don't know. It was so smooth that it made me remember I needed to tell my @Google network & started taking pictures. It was at the very end of my visit, though. I crossed paths with a funny doctor on my way out. I will update this review after my next appointment. I was shocked by the level of care & kindness. Let's just hope my leg is hurting now because it got shocked by it too & will be able to process more tomorrow. 🤣😂 We shall see!
*UPDATE: I should have known it was too good to be true. The physician told me on several occasions that he was scheduling a follow-up appointment for 2 weeks out. When I checked out, the girl at the checkout desk asked if the 20th would work. I thought she meant the 20th of May because it would have been about 2 weeks out. I did not get an appointment card because I thought the follow up appointment was in a couple of weeks and I knew they sent email and text reminders. I saw my email reminder on Sunday, May 18th and it had my follow-up appointment listed for JUNE 20th, about 6 weeks out. I sent an email via the patient portal right then regarding confirmation about the follow-up appointment. It is now been a couple of days and I still have not received a response.

This clinic has Horrible service, constantly wrong name, multiple losses of my Ins info & appt times are hour behind. Had to just walk out of my last apt bc of my days schedule. Nobody can waste 3 hours of their day waiting. This office and employees are awful.
This place is an absolute disgrace.
I left a voicemail for them to call me back regarding an emergency with my mom who was under their care and had an appointment with one of their orthopedic surgeons later that day. She claims she called me back but I have zero missed calls and no voicemails.
When we arrived, I went in for someone to assist with a wheelchair and they informed me I would need to carry her in myself (mind you, I'm 110lbs and pregnant). I explained I'm not physically capable of carrying her and the response I received was (verbatim) "Well, I don't know what to tell you ma'am"
Needless to say, I took her to Atrium nearby. The difference was night and day. The staff are kind, they're gentle, informative and truly seem to care.
Personal advice, if you care about your loved ones, do them (& yourself) a favor and take them anywhere besides Harbin.
When it comes to Dr Celab Ethridge, it should be 5 stars because the 2 years I've been seeing him for my shoulder, he has always been great. The problem is with the staff who deals with getting orders sent to where it needs to go. Because of the amount of pain that I've been dealing with, I found a place closer to home that could do my MRI up to 3 weeks sooner than my original appt. First order sent was not completely filled out and I've called multiple times in the last 3 weeks, leaving my info and # for this person to call me back so I could get a complete order sent BUT haven't heard NOTHING back! I've been made to feel like I'm just a inconvenience to this person and not a real human with real pain!!
All I can say is "meh" for overall service. It seems to be a trend at Harbin (for the specialty areas) to not care about follow ups.
I saw the NP. I absolutely LOVED her and her concern. She was detailed and investigative. She referred me to other specialty areas to rule out other issues.
When I finished with those referrals and tests they had ordered, I called back to follow up. I was told by the staff that it wasn't necessary.
I told them the NP told me to come back after I had finished with Neuro and Vascular. They seemed to not want to make the appointment.
Again, loved the NP though.
Dr. Pillar and Shelby King and their staff were so kind to me and my daughter. From check in to check out- it was an great experience. Dr. Pillar was very thorough and explained everything to us.
