This is my 2nd time here first time I was here 3 hours and was never seen this time so far a hour ive watched 4 people go back that came in after me to see dr scott I absolutely dont like this place of all the dr offices Ive ever been to in 39 years this is the worst the nurses are good but the wait is bad bad bad

The care I received was excellent. My surgeon, Dr. Brock, did a great surgery on my arm removing a large melanoma.

Dr. Scott and his staff were amazing! I was very comfortable and felt as though I had known them for years. Dr. Scott explained everything in terms I could understand. I feel comfortable going into the surgery and know what to expect. I was extremely pleased with the short wait time not only in the waiting area, but also in the examination room. I have already referred a co-worker to Dr. Scott.

Dr. Brock is an excellent surgeon. He is caring and very knowledgeable. He does his best to do a great job. He’s done two surgeries on me and each one was done with excellent care. I’ve never had to wait long in the office. All the staff is friendly and caring!

My wife and I met with Dr. Scott this morning. He was very personable, friendly, and really seemed interested in me and my medical condition. Dr. Scott wanted to as much information he needed to know before scheduling any surgery. He explained in detail what this surgery would consist of. He reassured us that he has done many of this particular surgery and advised me of any potential concerns. He was very positive and upbeat with me and my situation. He is a detail oriented doctor. He answered all the questions my wife and I had. Most importantly he was sincerely concerned about making me feel better.

I have been treated so good here. Every time I have called and need a question answered they have called me back and answered it quickly. I love the staff they are so friendly. I see Dr Adams and I can’t express how grateful I am for what he has done for me. In 6 months I’ve lost 85 lbs. I never thought I would ever be able to do it. Between my surgery and the hard work I did and I’m proud of it. Thanks to all of you at Harbin Clinic General Surgery.
