I had a very good experience with Névé Clinique Dentaire in Geneva. The clinic is modern, clean, and very welcoming. The dentists and staff were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Appointments were well organized and the treatment felt high quality and stress-free. A great option if you are looking for reliable dental care in Geneva.

Please do not contact me again to ask me to delete or change this review. I started my treatment at this clinic when I was a student because the dentist was located near my home. My initial experience was terrible. One doctor performed my implant very badly, and one or two nurses working with him were also very unpleasant. Later, another doctor seemed nicer and the changed my doctor. I believe everyone deserves a second chance, so I decided to continue my treatment there. I started my Invisalign treatment with the new doctor to correct an overbite. Initially, the doctor said the treatment would take one year, but I ended up wearing Invisalign for more than five years. Unfortunately, last year I left Geneva and had to continue my treatment with another doctor in Korea. My Korean doctor told me that the previous Invisalign treatment included many unnecessary back-and-forth movements, which wasted a lot of time. I try not to dwell on the past, since different countries and doctors may have different treatment approaches. However, my treatment took far too long, and my teeth were mainly aligned for occlusion (bite) correction. The worst experience happened when I was still a student and delayed a payment. That doctor and one of the nurses spoke to me in a very rude and mocking way. Last year, after I had already left Geneva, I realized that I had overpaid about 80–88 CHF and asked for a refund. For several months, they have not replied to my emails at all. At this point I no longer care about the refund—it is a small amount—but it clearly shows how unprofessional and snobbish their attitude is. Over the years I spent a lot of money and time at this clinic, and I would never go back to this kind of place even if I return to Geneva one day. Overall, this is not against my later changed doctor for Invisalign, she is nice. The first doctor did my implant and the implant has now broken, and the reception have ignored my over three emails for the past months. You could simply have replied that a refund was not possible as promised or may be delayed, even if it was only 88 CHF. Instead, there was no response at all. The contrast with how aggressively you reminded me about my delayed payment—both by email and in person when I was a student—is very disappointing.

Je recommande vivement la clinique névé de Plainpalais ! Ils ont su créer un cadre sain et très agréable, j’ai eu la chance d’être suivi par Dr. Khadem qui est très professionnel et crée un lien de confiance fort, il a su répondre à mes questions de manière pédagogique et bienveillante. Je recommande vivement la clinique dentaire Névé Plainpalais ! Dès l’accueil, on se sent à l’aise : le personnel est souriant, bienveillant et très professionnel. Le lieu est moderne, propre et apaisant, on remarque tout de suite le soin apporté au confort des patients. L’équipe prend le temps d’expliquer chaque étape avec clarté et bienveillance, ce qui met totalement en confiance. On sent une vraie écoute et un souci du bien-être du patient, du premier contact jusqu’à la fin du traitement. Une expérience vraiment excellente, tant sur le plan humain que médical.
