Ho avuto un problema all’anca che mi causava dolore anche al ginocchio. Andrea del Kinetic Center e tutto il team sono stati super professionali, sempre disponibili e attenti. Mi hanno accompagnato passo dopo passo in tutte le fasi del percorso, facendomi sentire seguito e in ottime mani. Consigliatissimo!

I’ve visited Kinetic Center in Lugano three times so far for physiotherapy, and each experience has exceeded my expectations. I initially came in for knee pain that had been bothering me for a while, and I can confidently say that the physiotherapy and rehabilitation sessions have made a significant difference in my recovery process. From the first session, the entire team at Kinetic Center made me feel welcomed and at ease. The clinic is extremely clean, well-organized, and has a calm, professional atmosphere. It’s clear that they prioritize not only high-quality treatment but also the overall experience and comfort of their patients. What stood out the most was how personalized the physiotherapy sessions were. The therapist carefully evaluated my condition and adapted each session to target my knee pain with a structured rehabilitation plan. After just a few appointments, I began to notice improvement — less stiffness, more mobility, and reduced discomfort in daily activities. The staff are exceptionally kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. They always take the time to explain what they’re doing and why, which made me feel informed and confident in the process. Absolutely in love with Kinetic Center! I’m currently in my 3rd trimester and suffer from severe chronic back pain due to a spinal injury from a car accident years prior, which is now of course enhanced by the added weight of the belly. The physiotherapy has literally saved my body and my mental health during this time. My pregnancy has been smooth except for the usual ailments and it’s in big part because of Kinetic Center. They know how to treat you like a complete VIP, from cold water stations to cappuccinos and the little stations offering tissue boxes to go, to the giant pregnancy pillow with the belly cutout, it’s just the beginning of an incredible experience. The physiotherapists are always courteous, on time and find exactly the spots to alleviate pain. I’ve personally worked with Chiara, Maria, Annalisa and Elisa and each and everyone of them had their unique superpowers and makes you feel a million times better upon leaving. I highly highly recommend you come here and see for yourself! Assolutamente innamorata di Kinetic Center! Attualmente sono al mio 3° trimestre e soffro di grave mal di schiena cronico a causa di una lesione spinale da un incidente d'auto anni prima, che ora è ovviamente peggiorato dal peso aggiunto della pancia. La fisioterapia ha letteralmente salvato il mio corpo e la mia salute mentale durante questo periodo. La mia gravidanza è stata liscia tranne che per i soliti disturbi ed è in gran parte a causa del Kinetic Center. Sanno come trattarti come un VIP completo, dalle stazioni di acqua fredda ai cappuccini e alle piccole stazioni che offrono scatole di fazzoletti to go, al cuscino e per l gravidanza è solo l'inizio di un'esperienza incredibile. I fisioterapisti sono sempre cortesi, puntuali e trovano esattamente i punti per alleviare il dolore. Ho lavorato personalmente con Chiara, Maria, Annalisa ed Elisa ed ognuno di loro ha superpoteri unici e ti fa sentire un milione di volte meglio quando te ne vai. Ti consiglio vivamente di venire qui e vedere di persona!

Frequento Kinetic Center da ormai 6 anni. Carlotta mi ha accompagnato nel mio percorso pre e post operatorio alla spalla in modo eccellente e grazie a lei ho potuto ricominciare a praticare il mio sport senza alcun dolore. Ancora oggi mi affido a lei per il recupero muscolare post gare e ne sono sempre soddisfatta. Carlotta e altre ragazze del team che ho avuto modo di conoscere (Maria, Andrea e Laura) sono preparate ed efficienti. Grazie di cuore per tutto!

Miglior studio Fisioterapistico del panorama Luganese. Mi sono sfortunatamente fratturato la caviglia in piu punti e sono dovuto ricorrere ad un intervento chirurgico abbastanza complesso. In seguito all'operazione mi sono sottoposto subito ad un programma di recupero messo a punto Da Jacopo ( il titolare) e tutto il suo Team, che mi hanno permesso di recupeare pienamente dal mio infortunio e di riprendere l'attivita agonistica( pratico diversi sport). Attrezzi di nuova generazione, macchinari sempre all'avanguardia. Ambiente piacevole, ti fanno sentire a tuo agio, molto pulito e super professionale. Fisioterapisti e collaboratori tutti estremamente preparati e pronti ad aiutare i pazienti. Il Kinetic Center racchiude tutto cio che una persona ha bisogno se di intraprendere un percorso di recupero ( post Operatorio e non). Consiglio vivamente a chiunque.

I’ve been going to Kinetic Center in Lugano for the past month for a shoulder issue, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From day one, I felt like I was in great hands. The physiotherapists are not only super professional and knowledgeable, but also really attentive and kind - they took the time to explain everything and adjusted the treatment along the way based on how I was feeling. What also really stood out was how easy it was to schedule appointments. They were super flexible and always tried to accommodate my availability, which made a big difference with my busy routine. And every time I walked in, the administrative staff greeted me with a smile and such a positive attitude - it instantly puts you at ease. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped, and the whole team works together to create a supportive and friendly environment. I highly recommend Kinetic Center to anyone dealing with physiotherapy needs - they truly care and it shows in every detail. Sono stata in terapia presso questo centro per la cura di un linfedema primario alla gamba svolgendo diverse sedute di linfodrenaggio accompagnate anche da bendaggi. Ho trovato in Giuseppe preparazione, competenza ed un’ottima manualità nel trattamento della mia patologia. Ho apprezzato anche i preziosi consigli per le misure da adottare nella vita privata post terapia. Il centro è molto ben organizzato con personale preparato, qualificato e cordiale. Lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi un centro di fisioterapia e riabilitazione. Grazie e … a presto! Grazia
