The training was absolutely amazing. The two trainers, nurse Eric Cassell and nurse Cheryl Rooney-Ball, were extremely professional, engaging, and with a nice touch of humor throughout the entire session. The training was truly an eye opener while also being super pleasant and enjoyable. I now feel way more confident handling a situation, not only at the hotel where I work, but also at home with my loved ones. Thank you both for such a valuable experience! Nikos

Muy buena experiencia, lo hice hace unos días. El curso es muy completo, si bien hice el curso online tenia parte practica también. Polly fue muy clara en sus explicaciones. Recomiendo hacerlo!

Our Association aims to have all our nanny members FirstAid and CPR trained, to achieve this we has worked together with HealthFirst since 2016. HealthFirst offers interactive training and working with them is always professional. The individual feedback on the courses is always positive and we look forward to organise more trainings in the future.

Very happy i finally decided to do the course. It was very useful, practical and fun. Amanda, our trainer was amazing, very professional, explained everything in detail and took her time with everyone. The training is really valuable for everyone. Definitely recommend.

Excellent CPR training course in English - everything explained by nurse Cheryl in simple terms and then practical hands-on experience of all the techniques taught. I'm actually embarrassed that I didn't take this course sooner.
