I’ve used the centre for ten years for both medical gym classes and physiotherapy for osteoarthritis. Truly excellent. Highly recommended. They get very booked up so plan accordingly. All the physios speak English. Truly fortunate to have such a centre nearby.

Nice building with well equipped gym no matter where you aren't your fitness journey. Very helpful and knowledgeable personal trainers who are always around the gym. Really clean locker rooms and showers, with a sizable sauna for detox after a hard workout. Small bistro on the lower level to fuel up after the sweat.

C'est un centre où l'on retrouve tout les domaines de santé, allant du fitness, aux différents cours de gym spécialisées, et sans oublier les hygiénistes dentaire s et thérapies Physio, réflexologie, et autres thérapies du genre. En résumé, ce centre est très complet, et le personnel très sympathique. Je recommande.

Good fitness place with parking. Has a health centre with massages, physiotherapy, sauna, etc and a great array of gym options including yoga. Also a small little café with good snacks.
