Марина — очень щепетильный, внимательный и профессиональный специалист. Все процедуры были проведены максимально аккуратно и тщательно, при этом в очень комфортной и спокойной атмосфере.
Особенно хочется отметить её доброту, отзывчивость и искреннее желание помочь. Марина подробно отвечала на все вопросы, давала полезные рекомендации и проявляла заботу на каждом этапе приёма.
Очень приятный подход к пациентам, благодаря которому полностью исчезает волнение перед процедурой. После посещения остались только самые положительные впечатления. Однозначно рекомендую Марину всем, кто ищет грамотного и внимательного специалиста!

Yesterday , I went to the clinic with severe pain, and Dr. Saakyan recommended extracting my wisdom teeth. I was very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Saakyan and her assistant were incredibly kind, reassuring, and professional, which helped put me at ease.
The extraction went extremely smoothly, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m truly grateful for the excellent care I received. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and professional dental treatment, and I will definitely return for future consultations.
Rdv en urgence donné dans l'heure, je ne suis pourtant pas patiente du cabinet. Examen très bien fait avec des bons conseils. Personnel très accueillant et gentil. Merci encore pour la rapidité.
Je déconseille. Très mauvaise expérience. Ma maman de 66 ans a été prise en charge mais le traitement un échec, elle a dû aller à deux reprises (elle a payé deux fois chf 180.-) et même la deuxième facette est tombée donc je ne lui ai pas permis d’y retourner une troisième et fois. Il a été désagréable et incorrect. Heureusement que ma maman a pu être prise en charge par des bons dentistes professionnels à la rue chantpoulet.
Je souhaite partager mon expérience avec le Dr Anna Saakyan. J’ai un certain âge et je fais un détartrage deux fois par an. Depuis que je connais le Dr.Anna Saakyan, je n’ai jamais vécu cette procédure de manière aussi simple, facile et agréable, de tout ce dont je me souviens.
A fuir! Une vraie catastrophe.
Aucune transparence sur les soins et tarifs pratiqués. Les enfants ont vraiment détesté la séance de contrôle douloureuse, sans même pratiquer de soins. Pour un contrôle et un détartrage simple aux ultrasons, j'ai dû payer plus de 308 chf par enfant, pour 30 minutes seulement. C'est hors de prix, une vraie arnaque

Rather quick e-mail reply from reception. Open on Saturdays. Pretty fast appointment.
Negative:
Impossible to communicate with dentists in English. They don’t understand anything or not much. The receptionists understand more English than the dentists there. There was one good dentist whose mother tongue is English. Unfortunately, she’s no longer there. I would not recommend implants etc. there at all. If a dental complication at a later stage occurs then no replies from them are forthcoming any more. Even recorded letters to the owner remain unanswered.
