I had the pleasure of visiting the practice and getting to know the team and Dr. Huanca personally. The entire team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive – you immediately feel the positive and high-quality atmosphere. Dr. Huanca is highly professional, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and leaves a very trustworthy impression. I can highly recommend him and his practice.

Sometimes reviews and words are not enough to describe the experience one has had. Dr. Huanca and the amazing and warm team here is exceptional. Thank you so much for everything. As a family we started this journey with my son and then continued for my daughter. Both times, the care, with world-class equipment and technology, Dr. Huanca’s immense knowledge and adept understanding made my children comfortable and eager to proceed in the journey. Orthodontic treatments are long and cumbersome but they always followed up with the kids and this kept them on track. Appointments were quick and the team was always available to answer and address our issues. The immaculate focus, the perfectionist team, the beautiful warm smiles at the clinic, the coffee and the availability to always help - made us feel so comfortable and loved. Thank you once again for all the effort.

My daughter has had a her teeth done with 3d and we were very happy with the process and the results of her invisalign procedure. The entire team was extremely well organised and fun! The practice itself is far from a regular orthodontist setting: from gaming console to music and the self-serve Starbucks machine, children could easily forget that they are at their orthodontist! We will be back with the younger sibling soon for his treatments! Round 2 :-)

Luis et ses équipes @3D Orthodontist c’est une approche différente de l’orthodontie. Comment rendre ces étapes chez le dentiste agréables et en faire une véritable expérience. De la qualité de leur travail à leur professionnalisme et leur positive attitude, ils ont fait de 3D orthodontist un concept juste génial, tant dans l’approche, les espaces qui sont accueillants et playful (selfies room, Starbucks corner, game space), la gentillesse des équipes jusqu’au merchandising qu’ils portent - des vêtements comme dans une équipe de sport, car ils ont vraiment cet esprit d’équipe. Ils ont créé plus qu’un cabinet dentaire, une véritable identité de marque, une atmosphère, une expérience cohérente avec qui ils sont. Tout est pensé pour que les enfants comme les parents si sentent bien et aient envie d’y aller. Avec le contrôle à distance via une app on évite aussi la multiplication des rendez-vous à faire entrer dans nos agendas déjà overbooked. Le suivi est top, la qualité aussi :-) 100% satisfait donc recommandé à 100%. Bravo et continuez comme ça !

Superbe cabinet, moderne et tout équipé. L’équipe est vraiment professionnelle et accueillante. Entre la décoration, la zone jeux d’arcade, photos et les compétences des docteurs, je recommande cette clinique à 100%. Merci à la Dre Bitonto pour sa prise en soin de qualité !

Le dr Huanca et tous les gens qui travaillent dans le cabinet sont juste exceptionnels. Pas seulement par leur professionnalisme mais aussi pour leur attitude et bonne humeur constante. J’ai fait mon traitement Invisaling avec eux et je ne peux pas être plus satisfaite des résultats!
