I visited the pharmacy to ask about a private health concern. The assistant at the counter told me I would need to speak with the pharmacist in the back. She went to ask the pharmacist to come to the front, and the response I heard was quite dismissive: “I am busy, tell him to wait 10 minutes.” The tone came across as rude and unhelpful.
Fortunately, another staff member named Michelle stepped in. In less than 30 seconds she kindly listened, gave helpful advice, and recommended what I should buy. Her professionalism and willingness to help made a big difference to my experience.
I would like to express my appreciation for Michelle and the way she treats customers. She was respectful, efficient, and understanding. I only wish the pharmacist had shown the same basic courtesy for a customer who needed just a brief moment of their time.
I went to get some meds from a prescription, after half an hour, I paid. When I checked the meds they were for a different person.
I went back and then they gave me the right ones. But they did not apologize, instead the quemist told me I should have told them the address because they have clients with the same name (it was different name, only the surname was almost the same).
I think it should be the staff who check the full name and address before giving any meds from a prescription. First and last time I go to this pharmacy.
Terrible place would give 0 stars if I could! They provide no help to a huge health concern and actually quite rude and dismissive, just blankly staring at you when you’re in pain and offer a terrible solution. This isn’t the first time I went there to ask for help and they act like I’m inconveniencing them!
I am actually surprised why there are so many bad reviews. It's a pharmacy like others. Pharmacists sometimes check the medication you are on which is normal process
Went in to get advice about my 8 year old’s earrings which had been pierced and were sore. The man at the front desk gave me a lecture about getting them pierced with a gun and described, in front of my terrified daughter, how the skin is ripped off her ear with the gun. While laughing. Said we should get antibiotics from the doctor.
I went to my normal pharmacy in Stillorgan and as expected the lady there was super helpful and gave me surgical spirits.
If I could give negative stars for customer experience in this pharmacy I would. I’ll never even buy toothpaste here again.
Took several days and numerous phone calls for a prescription to actually be ordered in and arrive. Customer service is abysmal, waiting over an hour in the place for the prescription to be processed then, and all the time you are being treated rudely by staff with security peering at you as if you're a criminal. I strongly recommend going elsewhere, I won't be back.
