Have had the very best care from medical centre and find the staff very helpful and caring and follow up is fantastic definitely recommend the doctors and staff for their kindness and care

Minimum ive waited is an hour, have added fees to everything possible, really taken a steady downhill slope the last few years, will be changing to a new practitioner as soon as possible for my whole family.

My experience at Waterford medical center it's all positive every doctors there is so good and very happy there and Dr Sloan is a lady and actually listen to u thank u .

Just got fobbed off on the phone by receptionist who said "we are not a dermatologist" I was asking about a treatment they listed in their website- lipoma removal. I then informed the girl it says they do these procedures on their Website. She then asked "are you a patient here" you would have to be a patient first.. so they do the procedure but just fobbed me off rather than informing me of the process. I was willing to spend circa €1000 as I have done before elsewhere, which is where I will now go. Don't like being fobbed off.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this clinic. When I booked my appointment, the person on the phone clearly told me it was at 11 AM. However, when I arrived at 10:45 AM, they claimed my appointment was actually at 11:30 AM. Despite arriving early, I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half, and I still wasn’t seen on time. To make matters worse, I had to do their job for them. I was supposed to get blood work done, and they were responsible for sending the email to the doctor specifying which tests were needed. They never followed up on it, leaving me to repeatedly call both the clinic and the hospital to sort it out myself. On top of that, every time I visit, I end up seeing a different GP. There’s no consistency in care, and it feels like no one actually knows my medical history. This place is completely disorganized, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Was looking for a GP doctor or any help with this in their office few days ago, but they just fobbed me off without any information or explanation, good service 👍

Absolutely shocking experience, every time I'm coming there and waiting more than an hour for my booked appointment. Receptionists are arrogant and not friendly, they seem to see is nothing wrong for people to wait 60- 80 minutes , not even compassion or apologies. I would advise them next time they took bookings over the phone to warn people out of courtesy about the delays they have every day, so poor visitors will be well prepared and won't have shock to the system. would not recommend this practice.
