I’ve had both Anya and Tanya do my nails now. My nails have been perfect every time. Their attention to detail is second to none, as someone who stares at my nails and finds any small imperfection after having my nails done I can honestly say that they are perfect. Today Anya did my nails for the first time and felt I had to leave a review, not only is she lovely to talk to for time it takes to have my nails done but she does an amazing job, thanks so much :) x

The attention to detail was incredible, and the staff were so genuinely warm and welcoming. I highly recommend adding the paraffin treatment , my feet feel unbelievably soft and refreshed!

I have been going to Victoria every month for over 5 years because she is so good but unfortunately I have been let down. I recommended Victoria to my daughter so she booked to have her nails done at VI Tanya for her wedding day. She had a very disappointing experience. She was left waiting around for a long time as another client was late and then in the end she never had her nails done with Victoria. Another therapist ended up doing them. It was a very stressful experience for my daughter in what should have been a pleasant and exciting time.I was embarrassed as it was my recommendation. I received no communication from the salon so I cannot return now as I feel very let down.
