Excellent experience with the Urgent Care dental service at VHI Carrickmines Health Centre. I was seen on time, the dentist was professional and thorough, and the whole process was efficient and reassuring. I'm very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jennette Smith. She treated me at the centre and was not only highly professional, but also incredibly kind and human in her approach. She only treated me once, but she genuinely left a mark on me. At a moment when I felt overwhelmed, she knew how to speak to me, reassure me and say exactly what I needed to hear. I’m very grateful for the care I received that day. Honestly, I wish she could be my own GP. I wish her all the very best.

great space and facilities with lovely efficient staff. a huge thanks to the wonderful man on the front desk directed me where to go and asked how I got on when I left, such lovely reception when you’re feeling anxious! and free parking - 10/10

Fantastic experience here today. Had to rush my 2 year old with nasty laceration over her eye after a fall in creche. The nurse took her straight in to triage her and reassure her, followed by a visit from a really lovely doctor who was very kind and friendly. They discussed the options with me, outlined the risks and the likely outcome. They then glued and taped the wound with her playing with a toy on my lap. We were in and out in about an hour and she skipped out the door happy as Larry.

Absolutely great service from all staff involved in my treatment. A great service. From the moment I arrived for a x ray and then a mri scan, followed by physio appointments all over a couple of weeks I was treated with respect and everything was explained in layman's terms. All staff involved were brilliant from receptionists to nurses and doctors. Highly recommend VHI Carrickmines to anyone.

Fantastic service, attended on a Saturday evening for emergancy dental procedure. The dentist and his assistant were amazing (I’m a nervous patient). Even the booking procedure over the phone was flawless. I’m so pleased with the service.

I had a very happy experience in this clinic a few days before Christmas. It was very busy at the time but I got great care from Dr Cliona and she resolved my problem. She also reviewed me two days later. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely horrific. Went in with lower leg swelling and pain in my abdomen like something was tugging on it. They checked my spleen and other organs. They asked my medical history and I told them I'm celiac and they said well maybe it's something you ate. I've had this pain on and off for a month and I know when I've eaten gluten as I'm on the toilet for hours. They did not seem concerned whatsoever that I had swelling in one leg. Was in there for all of 5 minutes when they said go get bloods but we can't refer you. A&E treated me better and pretty much cost me the same.
