I recently returned to Rebalance Physio to see Daniel after previously attending in April 2024 for balance issues following vertigo, which he successfully resolved with exceptional care. This latest appointment was to investigate more frequent migraines and dizziness. Before the session, I provided a detailed overview of my symptoms from the past few months, and Daniel spent the first 15 minutes carefully gathering information and asking thoughtful questions to form an initial assessment.
During the second part of the appointment, he carried out rebalancing physio manoeuvres, explaining each step clearly and reassuringly so I understood exactly what he was doing and why. His calm, knowledgeable approach made it easy to trust the process. He then demonstrated daily home exercises and guided me through practising them to ensure I was confident performing them on my own.
I left the appointment feeling genuinely relieved after Daniel provided a clear diagnosis and a realistic timeframe for when my symptoms should improve. Daniel is an exceptional specialist — highly knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly supportive, with a friendly, hands‑on approach that makes a real difference. I would highly recommend Rebalance Physiotherapy. It is truly a 5‑star clinic.
I am very impressed with the service provided by Ms Dikeledi Khubega who was very professional and a great knowledge about my vertigo which gave me a second opinion about my condition. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who are suffering from vertigo or similar issues.
Following an episode of Vertigo in Dec 2022, which is ongoing, I was referred to the Re-balance Vestibular Physiotherapy Clinic in Mount Street.
Three sessions into the process at this stage.
I had a thorough assessment on Day1 and given a clear summary of my issues, their possible causes and a clear way forward towards resolving my issues.
My clinician, Danial, provided me with a set of specific “exercises “ which I must do daily at home, plus I get some physiotherapy on site. On each occasion that I visit, there is a thorough review and a new set of home activities provided. My session always starts on time, no long waiting periods, staff are efficient and friendly and full details of my “homework” are in my inbox by the time I get home. Could not get better than that.
I found this clinic online and I couldn't be happier with my choice! Ms Dikeledi Khubega has been very professional, welcoming and I felt in a safe place. The vestibular examination has been thorough, I felt listened and I have been recommended to do some exercises at home to improve my current condition. Cannot wait for the follow up appointment! Don't hesitate to book an appointment here as you will be in very good hands!
Thank you to my Practitoner Dikeledi who has been working with me for over 6 months to help cure my vertigo and 3ptd . With her help I was able to recover and return to my normal life. Can't recommend this clinic enough, the staff is very welcoming , patient and understanding
DK was very easy to talk to, friendly, and understood my worries and how virtigo affects daily life and my gigs as a singer. She worked with me for an hour with assessment and exercises to use at home with a follow up appointment. I felt so much better after the hour and I am glad to have her expertise as it has made a massive difference to my daily life.
DK is an amazing therapist. I found her vestibular assessment a revelation. Finally, someone understood and made sense of years of neck trauma and its varied associated incapacities. Her treatment is proving very successful. I am so grateful. It is a pleasure and an ease, to be in her care.
