The facilities are very impressive, and I always felt comfortable through the entire process. Right until the last moment I always felt I could change my mind and had the opportunity to ask as many questions as I liked. Special mention to Angela and Dr Kwong on the day!

Dr. Killian Bates is excellent and receptionist was also very professional. Overall it went nothing like I was expecting. A very quick procedure carried out in the most professional way. 5 stars!

I was apprehensive but Dr. Kwong was excellent in reassuring me and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions the day before the procedure and the day of the procedure. I felt no pain at all during the procedure. I am very grateful to Dr. Kwong for his thoughtful and considerate approach

Very friendly made me feel very comfortable and relaxed excellent DR and reception, no pain at all 10/10 would highly recommend getting a vasectomy here very welcoming and pain free and made me feel very relaxed before and during surgery

From booking to post operation, the whole experience was fantastic. At arrival I was greeted by a fantastic staff. Their friendliness helped calm down some nerves. The doctor was really calming and clearly understood how patients feel ahead of this procedure. He explained things very clearly and was very supportive even during the procedure.

Had vasectomy today at the Beacon Sandyford clinic. It was carried out by Dr. Justin Kwong. He did an amazing job, I felt almost no pain except for a small sting when the anasthetic was applied. Writing this now five hours later and feel fine. Setting up the appointment was also pain free as I used their online booking calendar and received a call back with confirmation.

Everything from initial booking through to procedure and aftercare is excellent. I felt very at ease and well cared for during the whole process. The surgeon and all other staff I met at the Beacon were both friendly and professional. I will be recommending this service to my friends.
