I’m currently going through post-surgery rehabilitation at UPMC, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The entire team is incredibly professional, supportive, and caring. I feel safe, seen, and guided every step of the way. The quality of care and attention to detail truly stand out. Had my hip arthroscopy in UPMC Santry on Fri, 2 days ago. Great experience with every staff member I met. Well looked after overnight by my nurse Queen & HCA Mitchie on Fri night & of course Mr Bunn who is a gentleman.

Top class facility!!!! From consult right through to being discharged after surgery, and the after care support. Mr Withers and his team, nursing staff and aides, physiotherapists, all very professional and friendly. The food was even top notch. Highly recommend this facility. Thank you all for the wonderful care

Had scans done here. Really nice clinic. Staff at reception were so friendly and helpful. Was in and out within 40 minutes. Radiographers were great and put me at ease and explained everything I needed to know. Coffee shop also there to have a coffee and food also available. Plenty of car parking places in parking area, no problem and disabled parking location beside main entrance. A pleasant experience all round. I would highly recommend this Clinic.

I recently had my second hip replacement surgery at the UPMC Sports Surgery Clinic, one year after the first and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care I received. Surgeon Owen Brady did an exceptional job and his expertise was evident throughout the entire process. The nursing staff were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for. From the initial consultation to my discharge, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.

Recently discharged after hip replacement surgery, very successful procedure under the wonderful care of Surgeon/Consultant Mr. Gavin McHugh, highly recommended. Friendly, approachable and has an excellent track record. Nursing staff excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough. Pain management excellent. Clean, modern facility and serves delicious food. Admissions doctor lacked the social skills for this task, appeared detached, bored and was somewhat arrogant. Minimal eye contact. Spoke loudly when discussing my prescription medicines. So much so, I asked him to lower his voice as there was another patient in the room. Uncomfortable & awkward. No situational awareness and gave the impression that he’d rather be somewhere else. He let the side down. Otherwise, it would have been a 5 star rating.

Great experience at UMPC SSC where I had a knee ACL + meniscus surgery with Consultant Niall Hogan. The staff is the loviest, from admission, to theatre, wake up room and ward (sending love to the staff in Oak ward), they gave me the best care. I was very scared of my first surgery and anesthesia and they all were just adorable. Also, very comfy room, bed, good food... Highly recommend.
