Absolutely dreadful service. Booked my consultation over a week in advance, it was confirmed and I paid the deposit. About an hour before, I was called and told it was double booked and that they would not see me and I needed to change. This was after I had already taken this time off work. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. AVOID! REPLYING TO RESPONSE: What was stated on the email about the deposit was that "once paid within 12 hours your appointment is confirmed". Why would this not also suggest that the deposit can be paid at any stage and then within 12 hours after that it will be confirmed? Furthermore on the initial email (which I can provide) I was told it was already confirmed. And why is it not policy to check with a client that they are in fact not coming before double booking? Yes I was told about this over the phone but this was an hour before the appointment when I had already booked time off my work and made my way into the city. I was also informed that the consultant trichologist would ring me on that day to clear things up but this also did not happen. Incredibly poor and disrespectful service.

Wonderful experience, having someone understand, explain and resolve your problem was fantastic. Beautiful lady with huge experience and knowledge. Thank you I feel very reassured all will be well.

This review is not about their services. To write one I would need to be seen first. I have booked my appointment online and received an automated confirmation email for Sat 1.30pm. It was stated in the email that I will get a text for paying a deposit. Never received a text, but went to my appointment today as it was confirmed by email. On my arrival at the clinic at 1.30pm I briefly met the trichologist who informed me that my appointment was booked for 2pm. I was surprised, but as I made a long trip to get there, I decided to wait until 2pm. I went for a walk and was back at the reception for 2pm where another person, the receptionist, told me that they didn't have my name in their diary at all. She asked me if I could come back on Tuesday. Appalling lack of professionalism. Not even a word of apology. I wasted a lot of my time and money to get there today and obviously will not be back. And yet, I just received an email asking for a five star review. Also, I will not remove this review under any circumstances as it is 100% true. The only problem is that I had to give them one star while it should be zero.

Very professional and informative staff. Had a detailed consultation. Explained everything about the products. Also told me how much everything cost before I purchased them. Very good experience.

Love coming here for my hair treatments. It is Jessica, who usually does my treatments and she is very gentle and meticulous with her work. Carol is also a great trichologist and always shares further insights every time I see her.

All the staff are really nice and friendly here, my experience overall has been amazing and my hair growth has improved so much with the help of everyone here. Definitely recommend universal hair clinic
