Amazing experience! My baby wasn't cooperating at first, but the staff gave me a few suggestions and asked me to come back after a few minutes. It worked perfectly. They were so patient and helpful, and the pictures turned out amazing. Highly recommend this place and the wonderful staff!

I booked an NT scan with Ultrasound Ireland and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything in detail, which made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the appointment. The scan itself was a very pleasant experience, and I was guided through every step of the process. The sonographer took the time to answer my questions and ensure I understood everything. As an IVF pregnancy, we were naturally very anxious, but the sonographer(MR) was exceptionally professional, kind, and thorough. They warmly welcomed we both (husband) into the room and took the time to perfectly explain each and everything about the baby in great detail. We were thrilled to discover we are having twins, and the sonographer made us feel completely supported, safe, and informed throughout the entire appointment. Our sonographer Michelle was amazing!! It said on the website that our appointment would take 20-30 minutes but our baby was all curled up covering his face, Michelle was so patient and really tried her best to get the best photos she could. The appointment overall took nearly an hour and a half (with me going on a 20 minute walk during this time to try move the baby) I got to see a lot more when I returned like my baby smile. Michelle also was great at explaining everything she was seeing so I could understand what she was seeing too. I couldn’t have asked for a better sonographer. I would highly recommend. Thank you so much Michelle in ultrasound omni shopping centre for a great experience.

The only reason I am giving it five star is because it allowed us to have a same day walk-in appointment anywhere else in Ireland. It’s anywhere else it’s 6 to 8 weeks for urgent and semi urgent it is 8-12 weeks and over here It’s same day walk-in for urgent. There is also other great things about there services. I can’t appreciate enough.

Really easy process to book and pay, I found them online on a Friday and was able to book for the Monday! The reception was lovely and calm and the receptionist was nice and friendly. The ultrasound tech was also super nice and comforting and answered all our questions and was very reassuring! Highly recommend this place and will be returning!

I had an ultrasound to see my little baby today at Omni and I would like to share my feedback, The professional Siobhan who assisted me, along with the receptionist, made this moment truly special. They were both so kind, caring, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more memorable. Thank you for your excellent service and for making me feel so comfortable.
