100% recommend Tranquility clinic I was gifted a voucher so today was my first time there but I'll definitely be back. The staff are lovely and so welcoming, really wide range of services on offer and I'm still feeling blissful after my treatments Really handy location to get too and plenty of parking too.

Top Class. Aoife and her team offer a lovely salon, great range of services, a friendly atmosphere and great value. I’ve been a customer for 20 years and always look forward to visiting.

If it’s your first time getting a bikini wax ever, please please AVOID this place. Polish lady is rude, uncommunicative and absolutely will make fun of you for reacting. If i could give this place 0/5 I would in a heartbeat.

Appointment cancelled last minute, and they insist you pay a large deposit and bombard you with reminders. But then they can cancel a few hours in advance. They also cancelled my daughters bridal appointment 2 days before her wedding. Only agreed to do her bridal tan after I called them.

Just had my facial treatment here. Everything was good. However, the face pack which was applied during the procedure wasn't removed properly. I came out without looking into the mirror and only realized at home. It is good if you make sure to remove it properly to avoid any embarrassment..

Came out so relaxed! Tranquility is a fantastic spot, so friendly & personable with hreat therapists & products. I have been going there for nearly 10 years, I've tried others & always found them the best with very competitive prices. For this visit I was a little apprehensive about my massage as I had a knock to my arm & have a big sore bruise on it but I explained this & Rachel was so careful to avoid that area & that really put me at ease. She was super friendly & gave a great massage, I would definitely request her again :)

I have always received the best care from all the staff at tranquility. I love the warmth and familiarity they have with their customers whilst maintaining a professional and relaxing environment. I would highly rate them for quality of work, friendliness and price. Online booking makes life very simple too!
