I had a fantastic experience with Patrick. He were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly understand my issue before starting treatment. The exercises and advice he gave were very effective. The whole process was explained really well and I felt comfortable and supported. I would highly recommend Total Physio to anyone looking for a great physiotherapy experience.

I had a really good experience with my physio, James. I train regularly, and he was great at not only treating my injury but also helping me stay active safely. He gave me clear advice and put together an exercise program so I could keep training while protecting the injured area. Overall a great experience, I would highly recommend!!

I can’t speak highly enough of Total Physio in Sandyford. I’ve had three sessions with Finn, and the relief in my back and rib pain has been incredible, not only thanks to the treatments but also the tailored exercise plans provided between sessions. Thank you so much, Finn, for your help, professionalism, and attention.

Melanie was incredibly helpful with working through and resolving some knee issues I’d been having for sometime. She helped me adjust my routine while keeping me able to train in the gym and not be out of action.
