I've had a few visits to tlc over the years. Most recently this evening. It was a very pleasant experience. Rang at 5.40 got appointment for 6.40. I was seen 1st by the nurse Sinead who was lovely. Then seen by Dr Smith . Then back to Sinead for a dressing. I was in and out in minutes. Brilliant service Thank you.

I had an appointment at TLC Doc in Tallaght tonight and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. I needed to see a doctor out of hours because I couldn’t get an appointment with my own GP until next week, and they were able to fit me in the same day within just a few hours. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for prompt, friendly, and efficient medical care! ⭐️

I wring the TLC number and was giving an appointment when I got there,the woman in reception said they didn't have my down for appointment,and therefore wouldn't see me,was no one in surgery,I asked can I see the doctor as wasn't my fault,she said I'm not on system,been this 3 times in past,she said I could if I paid 80 euros,funny soon as I paid all my details came up on their system,very annoyed and will be looking for refund from the HSE,so receptionists attitude was paid 80 euros,or you don't see a doctor,not on.nurse and doctor where lovely was her on the desk the problem.

Amazing experience this evening with my son who is non verbal and Autistic. The nurse at triage was so kind and patient with him and Dr Blake was equally lovely. Well done on your awareness for invisible disabilities . C

Have had to use TLC twice in the last few years and both times I have had a fantastic experience with them. Phone call was answered fast, admin were professional and efficient. I was triaged very shortly after calling and told to come straight in. Not even a 5 minute wait and I was seen by a knowledgeable doctor who put me at ease right away. I can't remember any names from my 1st visit as it was so long ago but the girl on the desk checking me in was absolutely lovely to me and my son. Dr Denise Ward was a great doctor and had us sorted in no time. Would definitely recommend.

I was really grateful to be able to make an appointment on a Sunday to get my baby checked out. The only reason for a 4 star is because the wait time on the phone is long, almost an hour but to be fair it would be alot worse waiting around in an emergency department. Once I got through to them everything was easy, the staff were friendly. When we arrived for the appointment we were only waiting to be seen for about 10mins. The Doctor (who I think was from South Africa) was really nice and helpful. This is a great service to have.

Only giving 4 stars as the wait time on the phone is a bit ridiculous, was almost on hold for an hour before I go anywhere and my original appointment time wasn’t the time I was seen at but regardless I found the staff to be quite friendly and respectful. Had a female doctor and she seemed to be listening in on everything i was telling her, very friendly & easy to talk to. Only wish there was a late night pharmacy opened near the place.

Very good experience. Call was answered almost immediately, got an appt within 30 mins and was then triaged and seen by a nurse and doctor very efficiently. Felt very comfortable and reassured
