I'm almost due for my 1 year, final check up, after having my hair transplant procedure done.
I have had care, contact, and communication, all along the way of this journey.
I am honestly, so so so pleased with the results! Absolutely phenomenal! I didn't really know what to expect, - and I know everyone is different, but for me, - I really am very happy!
Don't go to Turkey! Especially when you have this care, expertise, and superb aftercare, right here in Dublin, - and at a very good price too!
I couldn't recommend Dr. Kevin more highly, and his wife Natasha! They make a great team, and make the whole experience enjoyable and virtually painless!
Results?
Way better than I expected! I have my youthful hairline back, and total hair density throughout! My confidence is back, and I just generally feel great! It makes such a difference to have all your hair back again, like it was when you were young!

I had a hair transplant with Dr. Kevin McDonald at Tír na nÓg and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first consultation to the day of the procedure and the aftercare, everything was handled professionally and put me completely at ease. Dr. McDonald took the time to explain every step and made sure my expectations were realistic, which I really appreciated. it was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. The procedure was very comfortable and the pain was minimal, much easier than I expected. Recovery was excellent with very little swelling, and I was back to normal quickly. Over the past few months my confidence has grown continuously as the results have come in. I’ve gotten so many positive comments about how natural it looks and how well the transplant was done. Dr. McDonald and the team were professional, reassuring, and supportive throughout the whole process. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough

I had a hair transplant done a year ago at Tír na nÓg Clinic and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Kevin was incredibly honest and straightforward from the start, which really put me at ease. Kevin and Natasha were so friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I felt really well looked after and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a transplant.
I had a terrible experience with this place and doctor kevin .. not enough grafts put in on first sitting called back 3 days later to re do an another gruelling 9 hours on an already very sore head .. which not much grew on receding hair line . On my 1 year check up where I had to ring and book myself as they didn’t contact me at all.. when I said it’s not a great job my answer back was no wasn’t geeet alri … in turn damaging my head and hairs around the transplant .. took to much from donor area due to second time these is a clear square Patch on back of head .. terrible experience.. * as of your reply you can clearly see you said you would take as me back at your expence so the two surgeries carried out didn’t work was only ment to be one .. and you never asked me back you just said yeah wasn great .. I’ve emailed plenty of times you know you done bad work and didn’t want to know .. crown is fine don’t know what ur bringing that up for ??
Kevin is an extremely skilled individual. I came with a large scar on the side of my head that had left a bald patch. 6 months later despite the scar tissue being present it's barely even there and they grafts are growing like new. An incredible and life changing procedure, I'd recommend this to anyone.
I had my hair transplant done 1 year ago and the only thing I regret is not doing it sooner. From the first consultation with Kevin, he was honest and gave me a realistic view of treatment options available to me, which put me at ease straight away. On the day of my transplant I was nervous as I didnt know what to expect. Kevin and Natasha explained everything throughout the procedure from start to finish. To my surprise the procedure itself was painless and quite relaxing. In the days following the transplant there was a little discomfort but that settled down after 3 days. If I had any questions I could contact the clinic at any time. I would highly recommend Tir Na Nog Clinic. Thank you Kevin and Natasha for giving me my confidence back.
I had a very pleasant and professional experience with Dr Kevin and Natasha from my initial inquiry right up to post-transplant aftercare visits. They took the time to understand my motivation for considering a transplant and were honest and realistic in discussing what could be achieved with my particular case. I was impressed that during the initial consultation they said they would need a few days to look at my case and make a proposal. Absolutely no pressure to make a decision. The day of the operation went smoothly and I was well looked after with a nice lunch provided. 1 year later I am happy with the results with both the donor site and the transplant site. If you want the assurance of dealing with an Irish surgeon with a permanent clinic in Dublin, I would highly recommend considering Tir na Nog.
