Let start from the fact, this building is soo small for medical centre, super mini reception with waiting room where many people are squized there waiting for the visit. Toilets are not so pleasant either. All look a bit dirty and not fresh.
There is always at least 1h delay, one day it was almost 2h.
Receptionist is rude, they should call me a few times with tests results but never happened. They charging extra if doctor seeing you more than 15 min.
I think they going for quantity over the quantity. Time to change the medical centre
I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care I’ve received at Thorndale Clinic.
My GP has been nothing short of phenomenal—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in my wellbeing. They take the time to listen without rushing, explain things clearly, and involve me in every step of my care. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such a warm, human approach.
I’m so grateful to have found Thorndale Clinic—it’s a rare gem in healthcare and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for top-tier medical care delivered with heart.
Dr. Sumit Rana is truly outstanding. He is not only knowledgeable and thorough but also incredibly kind and patient. I always feel listened to and genuinely cared for. It's rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such compassion. Highly recommend!
Medical Service as it SHOULD BE!!
From booking an appointment with Emmie the receptionist, to the attentive service from Dr. Rana, you couldn’t be in better hands.
Personally I find that you are given the time and the attention that you require at Thorndale Medical.
Emmie is a very responsive, attentive and pleasant receptionist, who goes above and beyond to make your visit as seamless as possible.
Dr. Rana gives you the time that you need to talk though your issue but what’s more is that he in turn actually listens!! He leaves no stone unturned to ensure he offers the best medical care to you!
Due to this refreshing approach from Dr. Rana, you may find your apt time running slightly over, so if you’d rather be heard & listened to, instead of treated like a number then this is where you need to go!!!!
The care and respect you are afforded in Thorndale is next to none. I have witnessed the receptionist being treated unfairly by some patients while they get impatient with the run over time, however, she’s a true professional and handles everything with a smile and grace.
This is a great team providing amazing care.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Thorndale Medical Centre, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional professionalism and dedication of their receptionist. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that immediately put me at ease. It's clear that she genuinely cares about each patient, always taking the time to listen to our concerns and ensuring that we feel valued and understood.
Despite the busy environment, she remains incredibly organised and efficient, managing appointments and queries with a level of calm and competence that is truly admirable. Her empathetic approach to her job shines through in every interaction, making each visit to the surgery a positive experience. It's evident that she is deeply committed to her role and to the well-being of the patients, consistently going above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Dr Rana is fortunate to have such a dedicated and compassionate professional at the front desk.
Highly highly recommend Thorndale Medical. Our family recently attended this practice, and without doubt, Dr.Rana is the kindest, most compassionate doctor we have EVER met. He will not rush you, he listens to everything, and then provides the support you need. We definitely need more doctors like this is this country, he leads by example. The reception staff Claire & Emmy are also lovely. Overall we had a super experience, and would highly encourage others to try this practice. Thank you Dr. Sana for everything.
Doctor took me in later than my '15 minute meeting slot' and seemed really uninterested in my situation but was quick to send me out. For a €70 consultation fee it's the least they can do. Prescribed me ineffective medication and told me to come once again to recommend my case to a hospital.
The doctor asked me which clinic to pick up the medications from and they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Had to come back to check which hospital they did it too. No form of receipt to be taken to the pharmacy.
Unfortunately, they are doctors who exploit business to get money out of their patients trying to make them book as many appointments.
Receptionist is unprofessional too.
Don't recommend at all.
