Visiting this clinic for the third time. Few things are really standing out in a negative way. There is little to no respect to patients time. I had an appointment at 11:15 and I was waiting to almost 12:00. People who were also waiting in the queue were also waiting for a long time. Where was an unpleasant misunderstanding between the receptionist and a Ukrainian patient before me. He was waiting for hours, they told him to go walk somewhere and come back. Because of the language barrier the situation escalated. Man was greatly annoyed but I can’t blame him with such exercise of patience in this clinic. Every time I am here I have to wait for an uncertain time, and my appointments are never on time.
One thing I want to say that I had good experience with doctors. They are attentive and helpful. However, it doesn’t change the overall experience. I wouldn’t want to blame the receptionists who also seemingly don’t know how to manage this situation. I think the issue is the amount of patient they take, and a poor overall management. It’s quite a dissatisfying experience.
I truly love this place. Every time I've needed help with my son, they've never left me without support. They've always been extremely attentive to my son from birth until now, and I intend to continue with them until he grows up. I've never had a problem with them ❤️
The nurses here are wonderful, but unfortunately, the reception experience was terrible. The receptionist, whose name sounded like Rabbi, was very rude and acted like helping with a simple request was too much to ask. Dealing with him was a very disappointing start to my visit. Someone with his attitude should not be working the front line in a medical environment.
Was attending here for 7 months to get a dressing once a week while waiting for an appointment at the hospital
The staff were wonderful they always had time to talk to you
And the guy on reception was great too
I finally got back to the hospital. And my problem has been solved
So it's a big thank you too all the staff
Always very busy - all of the staff from Robbie the fantastic guy always with a smile + (except on Mondays! ;) Security Reception to the Nurses , everyone is treated professionally, discreetly, super helpful and with a warm welcoming smile. All of the Nurses working hard daily in the wound clinic, especially Linda, are probably the best in the city. 💜
Reception staff are rude and never consistent they say one thing and do another highly would consider elsewhere especially if you need a medical report for court as even with a solicitors letter they do not provide with a letter there unreliable and you be waiting 2 weeks for an appointment very rude staff and when you ask for a repeat prescription you have to ask over and over again until it’s in the pharmacy there disgraceful and need a full investigation by the hse
UPDATE! June 2025 This year 2nd time. Different staff but SUPER experience again.

2024 Absolutely 100% satisfied! Today I had appointment for retina scan. I could park my car on the street, exactly beside the entrance. 😀

Alex asked my details first. He was so polite, kind, funny and helpful! After the next door Lady also was so nice during the exam! I am so happy to met this lovely staff today! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I came with an urgent problem related to my stomach, pain and cramps haunted me. I was quickly accepted without a queue and the doctor examined me and did everything necessary to improve my condition. Thank you for your kindness and humanity.
