I've been getting my laser hair removal done with Thérapie Clinic since March last year and have visited several of their Dublin branches, but the South William Street clinic is by far my favourite.
The entire team is incredibly welcoming and professional. From the reception staff to the aesthetic therapists, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They're always happy to answer questions, give honest advice during consultations, and make the whole experience feel relaxed and reassuring.
The clinic itself is also fantastic—it's spacious, spotless, and always feels clean and well maintained.
A special thank you to Chloe, who did my most recent session. She was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. We chatted throughout the appointment, which really helped distract me from the slightly uncomfortable parts of the treatment and made the session fly by. She's genuinely brilliant at what she does.
I'm already looking into booking some facial treatments here because my experience has been so positive.
If you're considering laser hair removal, I highly recommend Thérapie Clinic, especially the South William Street branch. Chloe was wonderful, but honestly, every aesthetic therapist I've met at this branch has been equally kind and professional. No matter who looks after you, I'm sure you'll have a great experience here :)
Beautiful clinic and amazing staff who put you right at ease. I’m getting tattoo removal and was very nervous but Nicole assured me and I feel like I’m in safe hands. She’s brilliant!

I’m currently undergoing laser treatment at this clinic, and I’ve had a great experience so far. I was attended by Damaris, who is an excellent professional. Throughout the session, she consistently checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable with both the intensity and any discomfort.
What stood out the most is how much she genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. At the same time, she is very thorough and takes the time needed to deliver a high-quality service. I felt well looked after and in very good hands. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience with my laser hair removal appointment. Chloe was so lovely and professional — she made me feel really comfortable from the start, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. From the moment I stepped into therapie on south William street I was greeted by a warm feeling. The front of house staff were welcoming and totally genuine. The place was spotless clean with a modern feel. My doctor today well she was just incredible! Genuine informative and incredibly skilled. She took the time to explain the proceedure and her product knowledge was next level. As a hairstylist on the street it’s these little details that will get you a loyal regular client! I am happy to refer all my clients to you guys! 11/10
Chloe was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable, explained the treatment thoroughly, and delivered excellent results. Professional, friendly, and highly skilled—I would definitely recommend her for laser treatments.Also she suggested and explained me a hydra-facial treatment, and some highly great product from their brand. Thérapie Clinic is always the best choice! They are so great and lovely!
10/10 from start to finish. The South William St. Clinic was very busy but so well organized. There was no waiting time. Initial consultation with Dr. Kristin was so quick & she really made me feel at ease answering all all my questions and providing expert advice. Treatment itself was really fast and completely pain free. The clinic coordinator was also so friendly and helpful. Excellent pricing and great service - will highly recommend.
I have always had an excellent experience with Therapie, the therapists are always so friendly and put you at ease during the treatment and the laser hair removal is quick and painless. Yesterday I messed up the time of my appointment and they could not have been more helpful fitting me in, from front desk to my therapist it was such a lovely customer experience. Thank you!
