I highly recommend Lorena S at Thérapie Clinic. She is absolutely amazing 🤩 when doing laser treatments, so attentive, caring, and professional throughout the whole experience.
The highlight for me was the Hydrafacial procedure. Lorena explained every step clearly and showed me all the products she was using, which made me feel really comfortable and informed. She was incredibly gentle, and the results were visible straight after the treatment. My skin felt fresh, glowing, and so smooth.

The experience depends predominantly on the person that gives you the treatment. Some ladies are fantastic, friendly and very thorough. Some unfortunately rush with the laser which negatively affects my results. I've had some bikini and underarms sessions that lasted 5 minutes and I could see how it affects hair growth. I'm nearly done now and results are okay but could be much better if each session was done properly...
I am a new client and I had a 3-area treatment two weeks ago with Dr Louise and returned for a follow-up to make sure I was happy with the results — and Louise also wanted to ensure she was happy too. My overall experience has been amazing. As a first-timer I was very nervous, but I was made feel completely at ease throughout. I’ve already booked my next appointment and have recommended her to a couple of my friends.
Truly excellent. Especially since I was used to doctors outside Dublin, I was impressed with everything they offered. A wonderful experience, very kind treatment. Experience their competence and efficiency firsthand. I arrived at 3pm for my 15:15 appointment in Malahide. I wasn’t given any form to sign until 15:30. I then was taken into a clinic room at 15:40 and a kind lady told me the doctor would be with me shortly and applied the numbing cream. At 15:50 she came back and decided to move me into the corridor outside of another treatment room on a chair with the numbing cream on my face… only then was I feeling uncomfortable, unhappy and impatient… 50 minutes of waiting. At 16:00 the doctor came out with a patient, did not acknowledge my presence walked past me and brought that customer to the front desk. She then walked past me again into the treatment room to set it up for my self - again didn’t even look at me. Two minutes later she opened the door and said ‘hi , sorry on the wait explained how her previous appointments went over time and brought me in. She didn’t read my form until she was in-front of me and only then refused to do my treatment due to a mild and very ‘ low risk ‘ of travelling in 3 days time on a 30 minute flight. I understand she didn’t want to risk any complications but waiting an hour until I was told this was ridiculous. In addition , the booking system was not clear, I tried to book in for filler and it booked me in for anti wrinkle injections so I cancelled to try again and it did the same. I then cancelled and tried one more time and again it booked for anti wrinkle injections wrinkle. Therefore the clinic assumed I was coming in for anti wrinkle until I explained when given the form. So therefore I can understand why my treatment was cancelled due to the mix up and going away on Saturday - however waiting an hour in 27 degree heat with no air-con, moved from a room onto a chair in the corridor… and then refused with very little remorse. I was and still am not happy with this experience.
I was booked in with Dr Sherise and I got a call to say she had to cancel 2 hours before I was due in. It was disappointing because if i had done that i would get charged the cancellation fee. I asked was there anyone else to take my appointment and I was offered Dr Tom but it was more expensive. I agreed to it as the lady on the phone was lovely and offered a free lip flip. But on arrival I was met with a not so friendly receptionist and made me feel a bit awkward. My appointment with Dr Tom was good but I never received the free lip flip and had to pay extra then I had planned from the beginning. Overall disappointing experience
Everyone in this clinic is extremely professional and kind. Julia was very patient and she did listen to my concerns before the appointment and she did an amazing job. Thank you I felt very comfortable with her.
I had a fantastic experience at Therapie Clinic in Malahide. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the Botox treatment clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process.
The clinic itself is spotless and very well run, which immediately put me at ease. The practitioner was highly skilled and gentle, and the whole experience felt safe, professional, and relaxed.
I’m really happy with the results and would highly recommend Therapie Clinic Malahide to anyone considering Botox or aesthetic treatments. A truly great experience from start to finish.
