What's really wonderful about my experience is not just the fab building and the smiling faces on all the staff who greet you. It's the highly educated staff who make you feel safe in their hands - big shout out to Kyra !!! She's amazing ! Walked me through my process , had absolute wonderful chats. Made me feel totally at ease and confident in her ability. Thank you so so much !!! Looking forward to my second and third treatments now even more.
They are Cheap because their quality is bad. Read the lower reviews. You know what I mean. Took several laser hair removal treatments with them but no results even after 12 sessions with them. Feels like the therapists are not trained enough . Because some therapist do good job and hair shedding one session. Next session no shedding or hairfall at all. It’s like I didn’t get a treatment that month and threw my money out the gutter! So the sessions has prolongs way longer than they initially told me .. they just want money at this point. Breach of consumer rights!
Excellent service. The staff are always very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. This was my second appointment, and it was simply perfect. The girl who attended to me was very kind and attentive throughout the procedure and to every detail. For this reason, I requested that my remaining sessions be with her. Thank you for the excellent service. I certainly have many friends who will be happy to hear about it — some have already asked me about it. I believe the wonderful woman who helped me is named Keely.🥰💐
Dr Yvonne in Galway was beyond amazing ,
I recently had my lips done by Yvonne and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was really nervous before my consultation, but she immediately put me at ease. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable before going ahead. The whole process was very professional and reassuring. My lips turned out absolutely fabulous, exactly what I wanted and I had zero bruising afterwards, which I was so impressed with. Yvonne is incredibly skilled and I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about getting their lips done! Any treatments I’ll be interested in in the future I will 100% be going to yvonne
Experienced a hydrafacial with the lovely nurse Kyra today. She was so kind and informative. I was really pleasantly surprised by the immediate difference in my skin. She showed me the residue from my skin after. My skin is glowy refreshed and all around a really relaxing experience!
Absolutely amazing experience at Thérapie Galway Hair Laser Clinic. The consultation Denise was by far the friendliest I’ve ever had — I felt welcomed, listened to, and completely at ease from the moment I walked in. Professional, warm, and reassuring. Highly recommend! Great staff all round. I can’t wait for my next appointment :-)
I’ve been going to your Galway clinic for years and had excellent service every time. My two daughters are now customers and it will be life changing at their age. I’m sorry I didn’t have this when I was a teenager.
I just find when I email the reply is very slow but they do get back to me and hopefully the email I waiting a reply for will be sorted very soon
I got 12-13 laser hair removal sessions and seen the slightest improvement. It also seemed like all the girls were using different methods, strength, etc.
One girl would cover all your tattoos even in areas that aren't getting laser, another wouldn't even cover the ones where laser is being applied to.
I was told last summer that I'll get a review done, sent to USA or whatever, and someone will contact me with results. Still haven't heard from them and have since gone to a different clinic for hair removal.
I wasted hundreds of euros only to essentially do it all over again elsewhere, very disappointing.
The only good thing is that most of the girls in there were lovely to deal with.
