I had Botox done at Therapie Clinic two weeks ago, and I came back for my follow-up appointment today. I couldn't be happier with my experience! The results are exactly what I was hoping for.
The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and took the time to answer all of my questions. The service is professional, and they truly deliver what they promise.

I had such a great experience at Thérapie Clinic Crescent. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. The clinic itself is spotless and has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

I cannnot recommend Therapie Clinic, Crescent highly enough. Every Therapist I dealt with was so nice and friendly. I had my last session on Friday with a Therapist called Lucy, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, bubbly and welcoming from the get go and made me feel so at ease during the whole treatment. She was also very accommodating when I wasn't able to have one area treated because of the heatwave, helping to adjust things and ensuring I was still comfortable throughout my appointment. I am extremely happy with my experience in here.

From the start, the girls were very patient and helpful with all of my questions and queries. As a new costumer, everything was new to me so all of my questions were probably the ones they hear all of the time, and even so, I got the best treatment from them.
And I want to compliment Lucy for her excellent work ethic. She’s very friendly and outspoken, which made the whole experience much less stressful than I expected it to be. She’s a star!!
I arrived and was greated with a smile by the host. I was checked in and asked to take a seat as I was early. I was called promptly at my appointment time and led into the treatment room. Orla introduced herself and went through some safety questions to confirm nothing was missed on my questionnaire. She explained what was involved and asked if I had any concerns. She left me to get ready. When she returned she explained each step as she proceeded but also kept a friendly conversation throughout. Orla constantly checked that I was comfortable and not in any pain. Overall a very professional experience.
I have seen drastic reduction in hair growth after attending laser sessions with therapie clinic. Most of the staff are very good. But in particular the staff I met last time, forgot her name, she is really excellent and professional.She has explained post care in detail to me and kept me comfortable during the session. I had my first laser hair removal session yesterday and couldn’t have had a better experience. My therapist, Niamh M, made the whole process so easy and comfortable, and the time honestly flew by. I was quite nervous going in, but she immediately put me at ease and was incredibly professional throughout. I felt well informed, relaxed, and completely looked after.
