My consultation was thorough and realistic. I feel that I was made aware of expectations around the results for my treatment and allowed to proceed fully informed and without duress. The entire team from front of house to the consultant are professional and welcoming and provided options for follow ups and additional treatments if required. Very pleased with this service as it was my first visit and they made the process easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Carrickmines location.
SCAM Pressure based Sales - GO TO URBANA INSTEAD!
Don't fall for the sales scams here! They use fake 'urgency' or what looks like great deals (e.g., buy 1 treatment, get another for a cent) to pressure you into buying, but it's just a disguise for cheap service!
They will flat-out refuse a simple exchange for an unused and unexpired service even if you have valid personal circumstances for not wanting a specific treatment anymore. Once they have your money, the customer care vanishes.
When you're trusting a company with sensitive personal treatments, you need to know they have your back. Their absolute lack of empathy is a massive red flag. They clearly aren't in it for the right reasons, they don't care about getting you the results you want, and they certainly don't care about making you happy. Even if you go onto the indeed reviews, there are one's from employees saying their core focus is more sales and money driven, than customer service. I certainly find that to be true unfortunately.
Save your money and go to Urbana instead! Many of my friends have switched and have had much better results and actual customer service with genuine support :)
Booking and getting a suitable appointment was seamless thanks to your fab app. On the human side, everyone from reception to my physician was so professional yet friendly & warm. Really lovely experience in a really lovely state of the art clinic. Thank you all.
Everything was done so smoothly and fast, I did my appointment only expecting to have the consultation (for lip filler), but had the treatment done right after! Dr. Pablo was very professional, he listened to my concerns, gave advice, and followed it exactly. I'm happy with the results, after the swelling reduces it looks very natural!
The clinic itself is immaculate and aesthetically welcoming. The staff are really nice, helpful and honest with their experiences. Pablo is very kind and knows what he’s talking about. He was great when I had doubts and didn’t push sales or products. Overall 10/10
I had a fantastic experience at Therapie Clinic! The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the start. The treatment was quick and nearly painless, and I saw wonderful results within days. My skin looks smoother and more youthful. I highly recommend them for anyone considering Botox!
I’ve been a loyal client here for several years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I had a treatment scheduled for 5:30pm, but I woke up that morning with a fever and felt genuinely unwell. I called at 9:30am, well in advance, to explain the situation and reschedule.
Unfortunately, I was told that the 48-hour cancellation policy still applied, and I lost a treatment worth nearly €200. While I understand policies are important, I would have expected some level of understanding or flexibility given the circumstances and my long-standing relationship as a client.
Additionally, this was meant to be my third session of the polynucleotides for eyes treatment worth 590 euros, and I haven’t seen any results so far, which makes the cost even harder to justify.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience. High prices, lack of results, and a disappointing lack of empathy for a loyal customer.
Katie did my laser hair removal treatment this morning. She was super friendly and extremely professional. The treatment was much easier than expected and Katie explained the entire process from start to finish so I knew what to expect. 10/10 service. Reception staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend
