I used to be happy with this GP practice, but since it was taken over by a new company, the quality has gone downhill. Now they charge even when the doctor calls about blood test results, which makes it feel like money is the main priority rather than patient care. The doctors also seem less attentive than before. I hope the management will focus more on patient care, not just fees. I glad I left this practice.

Dr Thomas Cross is an exceptional doctor. Every visit feels personal — he puts my son completely at ease, brings warmth and fun into appointments, and treats him as if he’s known him all his life. He listens attentively, makes me feel genuinely heard, and never makes even the smallest concern feel like an inconvenience. He consistently goes above and beyond, and thanks to him I believe my son will never fear going to the doctor. The online portal also makes booking appointments quick and stress-free. The ladies on reception are also a lovely reflection of how much of a fantastic clinic the plaza is.

Felt compelled to add a review because of the average rating I seen when i was looking up the phone number. This is the best GP clinic I’ve ever attended. Dr Thomas and Nurse Sarah are two of the most attentive practitioners I’ve ever had the pleasure of being treated by. Bernie and colleagues on reception are polite and efficient. I highly recommend the entire clinic

0 stars if I could , everyone at the reception are the rudest girls iv ever come across , all need sacking to he honest. Absolutely foul behaviour and mannerism. Doctors havnt a clue most the time. New Dr's every visit , wait time is an absolute joke. Easily wait an hour past appointment time. Was told the doctors wernt ' qualified' to take my blood pressure during my pregnancy. No prenatal or postnatal appointments, yet I found this out after sitting in the waiting room for hours. Avoid avoid avoid.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Miss Dr. Lannon (RIP) But Dr Cross is very good and helpful.

The care provided by this clinic has been excellent for my entire family. I had two pregnancies with monitoring and now I have two small children who are always being very well monitored. In addition to excellent service from the receptionists. Very good!

This clinic has had a lot of change with doctors in the last few years but Dr Thomas Cross has been appointed as the new GP in the last year or so. He is an absolute gentleman and makes you very comfortable as you know he cares a great deal about his job. I would highly recommend this clinic. Some of the negative reviews here are puzzling, to be honest.

I was a patient of this clinic for about 6 months, and they proceeded to overdose me on antipsychotics and suggested my paliparidrone prescription to be 375 mg when the average dose is 3-6 mg as an oral medication. They said that they wanted me to be a forever client and I told them "no thank you". They are in the business of meeting a quota, not for helping patients. The current doctors there are Doctor Walid and Doctor Quigley. And both suggested a dangerous overdose of 375 mg as a single dose that would be injected into my arms every 3 months. They are a scam.
