I completed six laser hair removal sessions (around €1,000). The positive aspects are that the staff is friendly and the clinic is clean and comfortable. However, three months after completing the treatments, I have observed no visible results at all. Unfortunately, the treatment did not work for me and was a complete waste of money. I was offered to buy additional sessions, which I refused because the treatment proved ineffective.

I had the pleasure of working with Chloe for my laser hair and tattoo removal treatments, and I have to say, she is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Chloe is not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely caring. I’ve been coming to the laser club for weeks now. The level of attention and detail from the staff is amazing! They cannot do enough for you and make you feel completely comfortable and at ease I am on my third laser session and I am seeing amazing results. Pain free and super easy and efficient. I’ve also indulged in the couples package for teeth whitening and my teeth are so white and sparky. Hannah has been looking after my skin also as I suffer with Rosacea, she recommended a new skin routine and I’ve been following it religiously and all I can say is wow! Happy to have all my appointments under one roof ! Thank you so much highly recommend

I visited The Laser Club for the Lemon Bottle fat loss injection and the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by practitioner Hannah. Throughout the appointment, she engaged me in pleasant conversation, making the whole process feel more like catching up with a friend rather than a clinical procedure! I opted for the treatment on my jawline and chin, and I was surprised at how quick and efficient it was! I opted not to use numbing cream but the procedure was virtually painless anyways thanks to Hannah's skilful technique and attention to detail. In just 20 minutes, I was in and out. The staff's professionalism and the inviting atmosphere, made for an enjoyable visit. I'm grateful to Hannah and the team for their exceptional service, and I can't wait to see the results of my treatment. Update: I was contacted by the manager of this clinic and offered “complimentary sessions” in exchange for taking down this review. So if you’re wondering why they have almost 5 stars, it’s because they offer free services in return for removing negative reviews. Why didn’t I accept? Because they wanted me to sign a settlement agreement, and one of the conditions was that even if I got burned or suffered any damage during these “complimentary” sessions, I would not be able to complain, otherwise they would take legal action... When I refused to sign, the manager said: “I feel you will try to find another issue with our company.” Sounds like a joke. They were the ones who reached out to me in the first place. Do not trust a company that offers free services in exchange for deleting reviews. They say it’s “to rectify my experience,” but the truth is they only care about silencing criticism. And if something goes wrong during treatment, they threaten legal action. Now about their reply: They said my results were “very positive” based on photos, but they only saw photos after the first session (photos without improvements tho). They never even asked me for updates. I had four sessions, not one. Claiming “noticeable reduction” without reviewing the full course shows they don’t care about their clients’ actual results. They keep insisting their approach is “guided by safety,” but in reality, their process is not suitable for people who already have prior laser experience. They'd start at the absolute lowest setting regardless, which is what the patch test is supposed to prevent. Not suitable for people looking for a top up So, clients if you want to waste your money, come here. Otherwise, go to another clinic that doesn’t bribe customers into silence “Client comfort and care are always a priority for us”? You can judge for yourself based on our whatsapp conversation , where the manager practically attacked me just because she “feels” something Because of this experience, yes, I will take it down, but I'll take down the rating of 2 stars. Now it will be just 1, only because 0 is not possible. Review: I decided to try this clinic after a bad experience elsewhere. Before committing, I asked many questions since I have darker skin in some areas and had already completed 8 diode laser sessions at other clinics with excellent results. I even showed them photos. They said I didn’t need full body, but I chose it anyway as I only had a few hairs left. My expectation was that these 4 sessions would be a “top-up” to finish the job The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable, which I appreciated. But in my first session I felt absolutely nothing, even “painless” lasers usually have some sensation. Weeks later, I saw zero results When I contacted them, I was told not to worry, but at €250 per session, I did The session 2 was the same. I asked for higher intensity, explaining I wasn’t new to laser and knew what to expect. Still no results, despite me documenting everything with photos. Their only answer: their machine is “the strongest in the world.” By the session 3, after insisting again, the technician finally increased the intensity. I felt it a little, but results were minimal and patchy, as if they left gaps. It wasn’t until the fourth and final session, with a different technician, that I received what felt like a proper treatment. This time it was detailed, I could feel the laser working as it should, and I finally saw improvement. Too late I spent €1k on 4 sessions but only 1 felt effective. While the staff were kind, friendliness doesn’t make up for ineffective treatments What disappointed me most was that every time I raised concerns on Instagram(where I booked), the reply was that their machine is “the strongest.” That means nothing if the intensity isn’t set properly. From my past experience, results are visible even after the first session. The only explanation is that they deliberately started at the lowest possible setting to push clients into buying more sessions

Had my first session with Chloe in the laser club and it was amazing! The clinic was spotless and Chloe is so professional and friendly I was really nervous for the laser but she explained everything thoroughly and helped me stay calm and the laser was painless I would 100% recommend booking in with Chloe and she also does facials I will book in after my laser 😍
