I was due to attend a hot stone massage appointment and unfortunately got caught in extremely heavy traffic entering Omni Shopping Centre. While parking my car, around 10 minutes after my appointment time, I received a call advising that my appointment would no longer go ahead.
I explained that I was already on site and would be in the salon within a couple of minutes. Despite this, I was told the treatment could not proceed. No shortened treatment, alternative treatment, or partial appointment was offered at the time I was there and available.
I had paid a €42.50 deposit, which the salon retained. When I queried this, I was advised that this was in line with their booking procedures.
What disappointed me most was not the loss of the appointment itself, but the lack of flexibility and understanding shown. I was not a no-show, I was actively attending the appointment and was already at the shopping centre when contacted.
The salon has since offered to transfer the deposit to a future booking, but I do not wish to return following this experience.
Based on the customer service I received, I cannot recommend this salon.

First visit in here and I met the very lovely lady Diana today for a Skin analysis, Discovery facial and also later for an Indian Head Massage including Neck and Shoulders. Very relaxing experience for both. I will be back again!
All staff very professional and friendly. Any questions i've had have been answered happily go back for other treatments. A visit to the clinic is definitely worth it.
Cadia was lovely. Explained everything and put me at ease. I felt confident in her abilities and trusted her completely with my treatment. I am looking forward to my next visit !
