I’ve had a really good experience with Dr. Michelle Fahey. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to listen without making you feel rushed. What really stands out is how clearly she explains everything and makes sure you feel comfortable with any diagnosis or next steps. It’s very reassuring to have a GP who is both highly professional and so approachable.

Dr Durkin and all who work for him are very friendly and professional. I am going to the surgery for last 48 years and always got great care .I am eighty in July and still getting fantastic care .It is a very busy surgery and I admire the way they cope with everything that's my experience and I feel very Bleesed .

I have been attending Dr. Hugh Durkin's surgery for the last 48 years and have always found him to be very thorough, efficient and understanding of any issues that I have attended him with. He is very patient and I appreciate the time he gives me during my consultations. I also find the admin staff very helpful when arranging appointments. I would highly recommend this surgery.

Excellent medical practice - the GPs and nursing staff deliver high quality patient focused care and the reception staff always do their best to accommodate patients in busy clinics. Highly recommend this practice.

Would not recommend. I have severe ulcerative colitis and I was not able to use their toilets due to covid 19, yet ive used many many public toilets and private toilets. As a doctors surgery, they should know better and understand these illnesses. Also, recently tried to get an appointment but I was on hold for so long, when I eventually got through, I was midway explaining what was wrong and my credit ran out. No call back. dreadful

I don’t like the attitude of the receptionist who clearly does not like her job and takes it out on the paying patients, like they are the problem, and clearly don’t have the patience to deal with the public in a nice manner. It’s the territory with the job ! I want to change from this surgery but then they win. Iv had too many bad experiences now I’m fed up with the attitude. If I spoke to my customers in my job in the manner they do in this practice, I know what I’d be told ! Get your staff customer trained ! Verbal Communication skills won’t go a miss.

Great Medical centre with amazing staff. Receptionists are always very friendly and extremely accommodating. Even when under huge stress at their busiest times they always go above and beyond for their patients. Would highly recommend this clinic.
