Dr. Kenny is an excellent doctor, very kind and attentive. I sincerely thank the receptionist who was very patient with me and took the time to find me an appointment even though I didn't have one. She is exceptional and very caring. It's truly a pleasure to feel understood and welcomed, despite the language barrier. Thank you!

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a receptionist. The clinic requires you to book an appointment, but even if you arrive early, you may end up waiting over an hour. They do not honor scheduled times. The receptionist, I believe her name is Lorraine, was extremely unprofessional. I witnessed an elderly woman who was very sick and struggling to walk, asking to see Dr. Kenny. Instead of attending to this patient, the receptionist answered a phone call and engaged in a personal, irrelevant conversation, while ignoring the urgent need in front of her. It was incredibly disappointing to see someone in such a critical role show so little care or urgency. I’m not sure if she’s new or just not trained properly, but it left a bad impression. On the other hand, Dr. Kenny is an excellent GP, professional, caring, and competent. It’s unfortunate that the quality of care she provides is being overshadowed by the front desk experience.

I have been with Dr Kenny an over decade. She is an excellent and caring GP as was Dr John. Recently, I requested phone consultation due to lower back problem. Dr Suzanne called me back within short period of time, asked questions and listened patiently about what happened. She offered advise and explained prescribed meds. Thank you Dr Suzanne!

I had multiple encounters with the doctor, She is always in rush, sometimes her solutions are good, sometimes it doesn't. Compare to my previous experiences with other GP's, she was better. Getting an appointment is really tedious sometimes, can't get hold of the receptionist even after trying for a few days in a row. There were times were she wanted to see as many patients as possible. She was very kind for my child's vaccination, as my baby was born in India and we moved here when he was 6 months and had to catch up on Ireland's set of vaccination, she was kind enough to look through the different vaccines and get the right ones.

Very happy to switch to another doctor. This one literally only cares about the payment at the end. She was sound about 7 years ago but ever since the care declined significantly up to that point that I rather paid 100€ at the Emergency in the hospital instead of coming here.

The receptionist is very arrogant not very nice Went in for a blood test today 08/04/25 work in and went up at the reception to say I have an appointment and before I could say anything she ask me to sit no hi or hello I think that not very good customer service. So I went to sit wait around 20 min then she call me I ask her am here for a blood test she’s ask for 80 euro for the test and review which I think it’s bit expensive anyhow I agreed to ahead with it anyway and ask if I could get a invoice printed and also if she can email it to me. And for some reason that was a problem and she’s can’t to it because am giving her extra job and she was trying to save everyone time which she’s wasting her time explaining why she can’t give me a invoice. I don’t understand why as a client I have to stand and listen her of why she can’t give me invoice and she’s say don’t ask her invoice next time I comes there. At the point I had to just leave. As a Gp you must provide an invoice and email that should not be an issue .Went to my work half day .Didn’t eat because for the blood test .Waste time Horrible experience with this receptionist and I hope someone above can sorted this issue

⛑️I recommend Dr. Kenny and her secretary, Eliane. ⛑️ Both are very professional, dedicated, and loving. I went through difficult times and received professional, friendly, and loving care from Dr. Kenny. I can only thank them. And I will return whenever I need them. ❤️❤️❤️
