I had a really good experience with Oleksandr at SymmetryHL in Dublin. He listened carefully to the areas that were bothering me and focused on them during the massage. I could genuinely feel the difference afterwards, especially in my back. The atmosphere at SymmetryHL was calm, clean, and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back again.

I had a Deep Tissue massage at SymmetryHL and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had. Roman was fantastic, attentive, professional, and very intuitive in finding and working on the areas where I was holding tension. The session was both deeply relieving and incredibly relaxing. I especially appreciated the helpful, constructive advice he shared afterward. Such a positive experience; I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.

As everyone is mentioning the experience at this clinic really is exceptional. Attention to detail at every step. I was really happy with my sports massage as a patient with scoliosis that causes me some pain at times, Oleksandr was so well prepared and delivered a great sports massage. The team all seem to be super well prepared and knowledgeable and I’m looking forward to my next visit. The approach is holistic and a full body approach is taken. The table was warmed and very comfortable. Every detail was really looked after.

Roman is fantastic. I had 10 sessions with him and each one made a real difference. He is professional, calm, and really knows what he is doing. I came in with a lot of tension and always left feeling much better. SymmetryHL is a lovely clinic - clean, friendly, and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Had two head, neck and back massages with Roman. He is a great massuse. Very knowledgeable in his craft. Felt safe in his hands and would highly recommend him. Feeling so much better.

I'd recommend SymmetryHL to anyone. Roman is incredibly knowledgeable, and really good at his job. He picked up on some muscle probems before I even told him about them, did a brilliant sports massage, and also recommended me exercises and movements to help work on the underlying movement issues. The office is also nice, easy to find, and with nearby parking.

At the wonderful SymmetryHL spa, I received an amazing sports massage from Dionisi. The session helped relieve my muscle tension, and I felt a significant sense of relief. The service at Blackrock was very professional.
